Elders & Ministers Annual Planning - January 2018 GOALS SET FOR 2018 1. To promote & enhance spiritual growth among individuals & Families within our congregation. 2. To reach an average of 300 individuals in attendance on Sunday Mornings. Methods and Activities suggested to obtain goals: 1. Monitor and continue to promote sound Bible teaching. 2. Develop quarterly fellowship and devotional opportunities for adults. 3. To maintain and develop a positive, upliing, and spiritual atmosphere within our assemblies. 4. Return to hosting our Wednesday Night Summer Series. 5. A 5th Sunday adjusted schedule. Regular AM worship service and class, followed by a special prayer service from 11:15-12! NO PM SERVICE THAT NIGHT! 6. Special service events include a. Gospel Meeting ( May 6th - 9th with John Dale ) b. Creation Seminar Session 7. Worship service led quarter by our Youth (May 27th, August 26th, & November 25th) 8. Gerald Bean is home with the flu and pneumonia.

Lana Phillips had knee surgery this week. She is home recouperating and would appreciate prayers and cards of encouragement but no visitors at this time.

Sherry Wakeland, daughter of Adah Ray and sister to Mark Ray, is undergoing treatment for breast cancer. Her address is 124 Creekview Circle Maypearl, TX 76064

Sunday Doug informed us that some of our Missionaries are undergoing persecution especially in India, as they continue to share the gospel. Please remember them and the work they are doing in your prayers!

Eutonia Frizzell is in very serious condition. We need to remember the frizzell family in this difficult time.

*Prayers are requested for Nancy Vaughn, the wife of Gentry Vaughn. She will be having surgery on Feb.20 in Oscoda ,MI

Due to the unexpected change in Tammy Rudd’s surgery, cards of encouragement would be appreciated. Also prayers for the right course of action as she continues to battle her migraines.
