What should I do if other agents approach me and say they have buyers?Ethical agents will not approach you, however unethical agents will. The purpose of this is to derail your existing relationship and create doubt. The best advice is to ignore these agents and contact us so we can report them.

Will I or won’t I accept and early offer?From our experience the best offers usually occur in the first few weeks, this is when there is most interest in your property. The longer the property is on the market the lower the offers usually become.

Compare the offer with the price range quoted by your agent and make an informed decision in consultation with your agent. Holding out for a higher offer could cost you thousands.

Will I accept and offer?By law all offers must be submitted in writing irrespective of the price levels. Don’t take low offers personally. Some buyers make reasonable offers to purchase quickly and others make low offers. Consider the offers and make a decision in consultation with your agent based on facts not emotion.

It’s not selling, should Imodify the price?The greatest homes in the world can remain unsold due to price. If there are no offers and not enough inspections its probably the price. Lower the price and you will attract a new group of buyers to your home

Is it good or bad news?

Don’t lose faith, as your agent we need your permission to be straight with you. Don’t shoot the messenger, we need to tell you what the market is saying, good or bad.
