As an exhibitor, your company will need to register each exhibit staff member individually. You will receive two complimentary registrations per 100 sq. ft. with each tabletop exhibit. Additional exhibitor registrations can be purchased at the discounted rate of $295. A special code is required for redeeming complimentary registrations. IP Possibilities offers exhibitors the Road Map App, which is designed to bring additional exposure to your company and to encourage attendees to visit your booth. A few lucky attendees who complete the Road Map App will win a gift.

HERE’S HOW IT WORKSAll attendees who have a smartphone—excluding sponsors and exhibitors, who are not eligible to participate—will download the app and create a profile on the app. Prior to the event, each exhibitor participating in the Road Map will have been provided with their codes that attendees will enter into their app contest page or a QR code for users to scan with their app.

When an attendee visits each participating exhibitor booth, they will either enter in the code provided by the exhibitor or scan the code shown by the exhibitor. The attendee will receive a notice on their app that they’ve completed the task of visiting that exhibitor. When the attendee has visited all of the participating exhibitor booths, they will receive “Congratulations! You’ve visited all the booths and are now entered to win a great prize.” Drawings will be held during the last session of the conference.

Participating exhibitors will benefit from increased foot traffic and from the opportunity to teach attendees about their products or services, as well as how they can help meet the needs of their telco.

To sign up to participate in the Road Map App, simply mark the box on your exhibitor contract for an extra $300.
