PRODUCT DESCRIPTION – Intended Use
• Our Product CAMU CAMU Powder is 100 % natural, elaboratedonly from fresh, healthy and “Verde-Pinton” mature of Myrciariadubia H.B.K. Mc Vaugh obtained by process of cutting,dehydration, crushing, pulverizing and packaging.
• It doesn´t contain preservatives, or flavors, or artificial colors.
• This product is used in the production of Capsule, fruit juices,nectars, ice cream, yoghurts, marmalades, desserts among others.
• Because of its high content of Acid Ascorbic (Vitamina C), smalldosis are recommended. (10mg per day can satisfy human needs)
• Organic for human consumption.

• Usually, raw powder is placed in LDPE bags of 10kgs in cartons of 20kgs. We use first use wooden Parihuelas for containers. All are labelled with lot and dates of production and expiration according to the "Code of Labelling, Raw Materials" (IRMA/CoL)
• (OPTIONAL) Eventually a smart tag NFC to track datas from supply Chain.

STORAGE & SHELF LIFE CHARACTERISTICS
• The material must be stored and handled under suitable conditions to maintain the sensory, microbiological and physico-chemical integrity of the product.
• No direct daylight or high temperature exposition / Recommended temperature <42ºC.
• Clean & Dry storage product under the following conditions:
• The shelf-life of this product is 18 months, at recommended temperature and closed package.
