For this task users were asked to create a new contact to the contact list. To increase the difficulty, users were also asked to change the number type to “office”. !This task was designed also to check if users were able to understand the use the of the spin box . !!Starting from Day Two, user were also asked to predict the effect of pressing the “c” key while in the contact list, to check if the device behavior was coherent with their mental model.!!
