In His Sermon on the Mount, Jesus teaches You are
the salt of the earth. The important thing He mentions
is that we are not to lose our saltiness. More is going
on here than just a salty taste. Salt was mixed with everysacrifice. Pure salt was expensive and a preservative.
Salt was the sign of a made covenant between God
and His people. In a sense, believers are a living sign
of Gods covenant people on earth. We are the visible
expression of Gods work on earth. There is no such
thing as a low salt diet in Gods Kingdom! Add Godsflavor to the world in which you live! - Dr. Dan Sharp
