Your body language shapes who you are.
Body language is a kind of nonverbal communication, where thoughts, intentions, or
feelings are expressed by physical behaviors
It not only affects how others feel or think about you but also how you feel
about yourself.
Hence we too are influenced by our non verbals.
• We can tell something about a person when we notice his or her body posture
• a lot of people feeling down, will give that information by the way they hold their shoulders, shoulders sagging and head down very little eyecontact.
• Someone who does not feel too comfortable when they are with someone else will often assume a closed position. This is a sign of LOW POWER.
• People who feel powerful will tend to expand and take up space . This shows up in the way they walk, talk and react. These are HIGH POWER poses.
Hence POWER POSING is important .
Take job interview, test, presentations etc …..all are
affected and can be improved by POWER POSING!!

FAKE IT TILL YOU MAKE IT!
