• There are eight English lessons per week.
• Four lessons for the PLP-RW scheme with the NET.
• The NET lessons are held in the English room.

The School Day• Students need to arrive before 8:15am
• Normally leave at 4pm
• The first three days in September are half days. Students leave at 12:10pm. (parents pick up/ school bus)
• Every Wednesday, students leave at 2:30pm
• There are eight teaching periods and one class teacher’s period every day.
• We have special timetables for exam periods and activity weeks.

Homework, Assessments and Exams
• There is homework for English, Mathematics and Chinese every day, other subjects when required.
• There is one assessment per year for Chinese and Mathematics and English.
• We adapt formative assessment for P1 and P2 students in English teaching. (portfolio, HFW tests)
• There are three exam periods per year for all subjects . We have a special timetable for these periods.

Expectations
• Students are expected to hand in homework on time.
• If they do not hand in homework for 5 times they receive a written warning. After 3 warnings, they will receive a de-merit.
• Students are expected to be on time for school every day.
• If they are late for 3 times they receive a written warning. After 3 warnings, they will receive a de-merit.

Lunches
Lunches can be purchased from our lunch provider on monthly bases. (also provides vegetarian choice)
Parents can provide lunch for the students, they must be delivered to school before 12:10pm.

Parents can order the formal and PE summer uniform in June or July.
Winter uniform can be ordered in October or November.
PE uniform: The students need to wear white socks and plain white shoes.
Formal uniform: The students need to wear white socks and black shoes. (a white vest as underwear)
