Our catering is packed and labelled for your convenience. We know from experience that space is limited in the galley of your private jet, so we will do the utmost to minimize the space you need to store the catering. Please let us know if you want our catering items packed separately for the best quality, or completely ready on plates for your conve-nience. H stands for Healthy Options, V for Vegetarian and GC for our Chef’s Recommendations. Consult us for special dietary and / or religious wishes regarding the dishes. Please state specifically on your order if there are any food restrictions (i.e. allergies) and / or special wishes.

Our Glass Selection consists of cold starters / snacks / desserts, made in a whiskey glass and ready to serve. Three to four glasses a person, served with breads and butter or olive oil, make a great lunch or dinner with a great presentation. Perfect for smaller type of airplanes! Items of the Glass Selection are completely ready to serve. You can use these as part of a dinner and "win" preparation time in the galley.
