The following is a record of what was done during the past week and a forecast of the next week.....

A General Note before we start-•I don’t feel I have to repeat this but I will- we all need to strive to increase and optimise our efficiency all the time ... Every time... When we do something we must do it well and close it not to have to return it again! Don’t over engineer ... We are always working on a budget and estimate!•I need to remind all of you to periodically give me a short list of what you have achieved and what you intend to achieve over a short period (a week or two weeks or even a month) – You all have short term targets which I would like you to share•We currently have two technician vacancies (day technician and shift technician) at MDH which we are really struggling to fill ... I ask any of you who may know of candidates who may be interested in these vacancies to ask them to apply by sending me a CV

Projects and deadlines• 16_007_LeMeridien_BMS_upgrade- Last week I made the internal Kick off for

Le Meridien which is a large project spread over a year- we have done our site survey and now we have to start working on phase 1 panels – phase 1 which has to be completed by Feb 2017

• 15_044_Hilton_Restaurant_Kitchen_AHU and 15_034_Hilton_Calorifier_Monitoring. We are targeting to complete in the next weeks

• 15_008 - Aurobindo PH02 BMS- lets close off with all documentation , O&M et..

• 12_027- Parliament –We have updated Maxpro and now and conclude all documentation and finally integrate ProWatch

• 14_069- Q019 AS410 – we are currently waiting for material from Siemens and for RFI answers from client

• 14_069- Q021_TF4- panel modifications and documentation Look into modification in 03NVC20.

Projects and deadlines• 16_015_RSM- this lighting control project is to be completed by Beginning of

December 2016• 13_070- SCM Lagoona Plant room We need to conclude all pending installation

works – we will also try to finish the programming but commissioning will be on hold till the client asks us to continue

• 15_038_new_HA_Ovt and 15_026_Apap Residence are two home automation projects scheduled for Q1 2017 – we have nearly completed panel design and it is now down to panel build (for Apap we are working on the second DDC/Lighting panel)

• 16_023_GGY- is another home automation project which is on a much faster track- we need to conclude on all works here (especially IT/BMS/Lighting- Savant will be at a later stage)

• 14_083_Intercontinental – We have started works to start up the plant and start commissioning here- software development has also now advanced on this project. Commissioning is planned for the next 3 weeks We are also advanced on design work on the second Pool Panel

Mater DeiThe team at Mater Dei is going through some though changes with the

resignation of Simon Florian and most recently of Michael Abdilla.

The whole team at MDH have to dig deep and work as a team until we find the required replacements for these team members. If any of you out there know of people who can join the MDH team as technicians/electricians, we presently have two vacancies to fill- please give them my contacts so that they may apply!!

Development and Commissioning• The last issues on the DAC for SCM PH2- IT IS NOW A

PRORITY AND WE NEED TO GET COMPLETION CERTIFICATION

• 12_043_Life Sciences – we need to call for an inspection of snags to close everything down- we also need to start scripting on the tenant building module

• SCM PH2 needs also some attention on the tagging purchase order for the BMS- CVA is to work on this

• The Bosch HSDK interface is well advanced and we have documented and we should shortly be expecting to go overseas to commission

Development and Commissioning• OTM on going works and some large orders

(AS410 upgrade and TF4 )• 14_081_Siggiewi School- Lets move on

concluding issues related to Data acquisition and analysis.... We need good data to prove our systems- CCI has done a plan- stick to it- I need feedback from CCI as to where we are on this

• 13_031_CCA- still issues with values on ILPS/Intruder/Acs/IT connectivity- We need to get issues sorted here once and for all!!

Sales and Business Development

We are working on quotes for lighting control systems is Qatar and trying to secure a large BMS project in malta as well as working on large scale integrations overseas.

We have also offered an AHU control solution for Baxter
