On the notepad you can see all spare parts to order.

With a click you jump directly to the dataset

Click at the button „Find spare part“ in main menu…

…and set a search phrase…

Purchase ordersPurchase orders

When purchase quantity was set the supplier appears at the start screen.

You can wait until more spare parts are to order with this supplier…

…or set and print purchse order immediately with a mouse click

Now you can print purchase order or fax it

After a purchase order was set the supplier appears in the window „backlogs“

Every time you have an overview which supplier has to deliver parts

If spare part was delivered please click at the supplier…

Check in spare parts deliveryCheck in spare parts delivery

Now select the delivered spare part…

…and set the delivered quantity

The dataset will now be moved to archive

AdressesAdresses

Adresses can be filtered with the character bar…

or with the filter ( „supplier“, „service provider“, etc.)

Click here to add a new adress

Barcode labelsBarcode labels

To print barcode labels, please click at „barcode“…

Select label printer and report file…

and click here

Click on the menu „stock“ at „stock labels“

And fill out identifier:

Barcode: With the function „stock place scan “ you can scan stockplace first, and afterward all spare parts inside.

As result the stock places where overtaken from the software automatically

With the function „order scan“ you can import a batch scan file.
