With a mouse click on a day of calendar you can check all registration for that day

Click the button „equipment list“ of the quick menu

In the equipment list you can administrate all machines and other equipment

The display can also be filtered, e.g. all machines of Hall 1, or show only robots etc.

With a double click you can edit the data...

...or you can view stored incidents, documents, evaluations or the built in spare parts for the displayed machine or equipment.

You have to fix a problem at the robot „RO2“ .

The error message of the robot is displayed “measurement alarm”

Go to quick menu and press the button „Show incidents“

In the display options you can search for the robot „RO2“ to show all incidents,

Or you take as search phrase simply “measurement alarm”...

Now you get a hit list from all machines or equipment where the search phrase “measurement alarm is included:

You will get now the complete report of the last same or similar problem and you just know what could be wrong and how to fix.

You just fixed a problem at a machine and now you want to document your repair work.

Go to quick menu and press the button

In this input mask you can describe the problem in short form, the machine’s name can be dragged from the equipment list

After request of menu item „Maintenance“ you can go directly to the maintenance center of the machine,

...you can display all pending maintenance activities for this week,

...or you can display all maintenance activities done in a defined period

In the maintenance preview / planning you can see all necessary maintenance activities for a defined period.

… and of course you can print out all displayed and necessary maintenance activities

... Or like our example jump directly to the maintenance center of machine „A30“ with a mouse click ...

Now you can print out the maintenance job with the defined items ...

... And after job is done save the document into the maintenance book...

Additional to each maintenance item you can store any „long text“, e.g.

item: lubrication long text: lubricate gear, lubricate motor, etc.

“long text” which describes the maintenance job

With using the word „ACTUAL“ + colon the program will ask you for the measured actual value and store it to maintenance book

The long text can be saved especially for one machine, for all machines from same type, or for all machines from the same manufacturer

All maintenance activities will be stored in maintenance book with date and name of worker

When doing electrical inspection the software will ask for measured values and store it to maintenance book, too

After expiration of the maintenance interval you will be remembered automatically for the next maintenance job !

The necessary maintenance activity will also be displayed in start screen

With the graphical evaluation you have several possibilities:

Now we want to analyze a machine for failure reasons...

...you select the machine and evaluation period...

...and get the allocation (in %) of failure categories (e.g. electrical problems, mechanical problems, maintenance gap and more.

...or the display in absolute due to failure categories (e.g. electrical problems, mechanical problems, maintenance gap and more.

Data and facts you will get with the analytical evaluation

Here you can display incidents, repair hours and costs in relation to failure categories in a selected period.

As display filter you can use each field of database – also combined.
