Todd Crosland is an experienced entrepreneur as he has proven the ability

to develop successful teams and companies.

In 2001, Mr. Crosland founded Interbank FX, LLC (IBFX). He was Chairman and

CEO of the company until he sold the firm in 2011.

IBFX was an international leader in retail Forex trading services. IBFX innovative

online technology allowed individual traders, fund managers and institutional

customers to trade Forex online.

With their online platform, IBFX customer base grew to over 40,000

internationally in over 140 countries. Annual trading volume touched $750

billion.

Aside from IBFX, Todd Crosland’s career also comprises of multiple real estate development projects. Mr. Crosland

developed over 1,000 residential building lots from 1992 to 2008.

In 1996, Mr. Crosland bought a 75-year-old Industrial Steel Manufacturing

company, Rex Industries. Mr. Crosland is still the Chairman of the Board and owner.

Mr. Crosland graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Arts

in Business with a concentration in Business Finance. He currently holds

series 7, 24, and 63 Securities Licenses and previously held series 3 and 30 Licenses.

In March of 2013, Todd Crosland founded Seed Equity Ventures, which is a

registered broker dealer that provides investment-banking services to early stage

startups from all over the world.

Seed Equity Ventures is registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and is a member of the Financial Industry

Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and the Securities Investor Protection Corporation

(SIPC).
