PRESENTATION ON STRUCTURE OF COMPANY Regarding the information about the company, there were a lot of interesting aspects that have been developed and presented in different ways. For instance, there was a project entitled “The history of our company” which managed to help the new employees to learn about team work and about the history of this company. All employees had fun discovering interesting aspects about their new workplace. JOB’S INFORMATION The new employees must know something about their jobs, so the company’s members did not know how to discuss and explain them all that they must understand. A weak point is that the organizers did not allowed new members to ask more questions because the time was short. One of the utmost important aspect that should have been mentioned clearly was the working hours system. The new members did not understand the fact that they would be able to organize their schedule to fit perfectly for them. Moreover, the course lasts too long according to the time, 6 separate parts that cannot be discussed in one day. BENEFITS

Regarding the information about the company, there were a lot of interesting aspects that have been developed and presented in different ways. BENEFITS

A weak aspect is that they do not have enough benefits such as cafeteria or gym membership due to the fact that the working place is too small and there are not enough money to spend on such benefits. The only place where somebody from the company could have lunch is at 10 minutes away from the working place so it is unreasonable because the time is precious.

CONCLUSION

The only conclusion that could be drawn from these facts is that the courses do not worth. From what I saw I will strongly recommend to think of another way that new employees can learn about our company.
