Massie’s 7 functions of management have been adopted in many books as the writers strongly believe that its basic functions of management, taken collectively, best describes the job and process of management.
It is applicable to all activities like at all levels from the immediate Supervisor to the Chief Executive, and that they are fundamental in all types of cooperative endeavor, business-firms government agencies and educational institutions.
