We have successfully managed this event for Mutual & Federal for 3 years in a row. We innovate on new content, speakers and presentation platforms for the events each year. Post event surveys have shown excellent feedback from the delegates who’ve attended these events, and the business has shown growth and sales increases post the events.

We built a lounge and stretch tent on the Houghton Golf Course Club house, brought in the furniture, lighting, sound and entertainment for the event. We arranged the golf day branded t-shirts and gifts. We arranged the conference MC Journalist Fenly Foxen

The event took place on the 5th December 2014, the day South Africa woke up to find Mandela had passed away. While doing final rehearsals we heard of the news and had to act quickly on the plans for the day.

We started the event with the National Anthem and a Moment of silence for Madiba, 2500 people, across 6 South African Regions and Botswana united.

The events brought the staff together for the first time in the history of 182 years of business, and addressed the future strategy of the company. We were enlisted to manage the Year End Indaba again in 2014 & 2015.

satellite kitchen, generators, sound, lighting, furniture & ablution was brought on site

Transport: Guests were transferred to the event, the family had a police escort through the Gauteng boarder to the Northern Province

Safety: Full JOC, Disaster Management plan implemented

We had 7 days to arrange the event, which was located on a mielie farm in Fafung.

We project managed the process to grade the land, build marquees, satellite kitchens, bar service, generators, lights, sound, furniture & temporary ablution.

The Farwell brought together Ministers, Commissioners, CEOs, Chiefs, Journalist, Celebrities, International Guests & local residence.

The concept was to have a different activation on each day of the exhibition as to draw in customers on each day.

A welcome evening cocktail bar, a conference day coffee bar and a personalised phone case designed and delivered to the stand. We branded swivel sticks, straws and branded coffee biscuits to add soft touches to the activations.

The phone cases relate back to the company pay off line “Protecting what’s important to you”

Guests could design their phone case at the stand on the second day and come and collect these the next day. We had these printed and delivered overnight.

briefed on the décor for the 5 events.

The brief for the décor was to keep within budget; relative to a floral arrangement per table.

Our concept was as follows; each table had a stack of 3 gift boxes, wrapped in the company colours green and white wrapping paper.

The boxes were wrapped by Intellectually Disabled adults at Logwood house in Johannesburg, and then distributed to the regions.

Inside the boxes there was a carefully selected combination of foundation phase class room stationary.

After the events, each region had their stationary gift packs to hand over to school of their choice. Staff voted for the schools, and delivered the stationary to them at the beginning of the school year.

The Team

Holly de Vries, Head Eventor, leads with forthright vigour. Over the past 13 years in the event industry she’s earned her event stripes. She has worked with SA’s top corporate companies and high profile individuals. At night Holly dreams of making your event extraordinary and during the day she makes those dreams come true.

Creative Director, Deeno Naidoo, does that uncanny thing of translating other people's creative vision into an actual event. Visuals are his langue. How it looks and moves is where he is at. Deeno has extensive experience in television, broadcast and event creative.

Lebohang Lebenya, Event Manager, loves to make everything run on time, look perfect and taste delicious. We love her for it. You probably will too.

You're in experienced hands with Portia Buthelezi, our Sales and Sponsorship Consultant. Portia has over 14 years’ experience in the Event industry working on live broadcast and corporate events. Portia’s blend of experience and personality make our project a success.

Chantel Harmsen is our Senior Certified Bookkeeper CSBlcb (SA) and TAX Technician (SA). Chantel has worked on event specific books and account for over 12 years. The budgets and reconciliations are in check with Chantel in our team.
