Korean Pharmacopeia

and ICID (International

Cosmetic Ingredient

Dictionary). HANACOS

conducts color, fragrance,

microorganism and many

other required tests for the

ingredients in order to

keep high raw material

quality and product

stability.

HANACOS conducts

required tests for every

material. HANACOS aims

to reduce defect rate of

material by conducting

appearance and functional

tests based on standard

samples.

HANACOS conducts

required tests including

ingredient composition for

functional cosmetics,

maximum limit of

ingredients regulated by

Raw Material Regulations

before producing final

products to secure

product stability and

suitability. The required

tests include ultimate

endurance test and

change on standing test.

HANACOS conducts

comparing test with

standard products at

packaging lines and final

sampling test before

delivery to minimize defect

rate and guarantee high

product quality.

Purified Water System

National Clean area, HANACOS is

located at an altitude 650m mountain

which connected with Gangwon ‘Chi’a k’

mountain.

We only use the natural pure water into

products through strict Q.C. checking.

This pure water can be used as drinking

water as well.

- Membrane Filter : Purified water system,

This clean water purity degree is full

same as drinking water in the house.

- This system connected ground rocks

below 200m directly.

Raw Material Storage Room

All the raw materials are stored in

separate storage rooms at proper

temperatures. HANACOS uses only

high quality raw-materials through

careful inspection and test based on

ICID. HANACOS Quality Assurance

System allows manufacturing only

after strict raw materials testing.
