Our Philosophy

Total Management Protection has a long-term commitment to provide our customers with services of the highest standard, meeting or exceeding their expectations and requirements.

To provide solutions and services to our customers at very competitive and cost effective prices.

To demonstrate the abilities of TMP Security to not only accept new contracts from client’s, but to formulate and present a plan intended to show how this will be achieved without compromising existing services levels.

We share your emphasis on the best practice principles and quality assurance. Our commitment to quality is illustrated by our client’s service standards, which are mandatory for all our clients.

A total commitment to invest time and expertise to research and collate a thorough understanding of each client’s needs.

To analyse every relevant problem and need before work commences. Logic, strategy, honesty and professionalism are the essence of our motivation.

All elements of the security Industry are inter-related. Whether we work for a small or large client, our strategy must be consistent with, and compliment, our client’s short and long term objectives.

Every assignment is pre-quoted and must be formally approved before work begins. The agreed quote is based on a supplied client brief, or alternatively, where a budget is provided.

Firm budget control is an important aspect of our policy.

Accepting New Contracts:

TMP Security has long been regarded by our currant clients as a boutique service provider, and not without reason. We have primarily provided a service within the Security industry relating to Uniformed Guards, Crowd Control, Covert Loss Prevention and Mobile Patrols.

We have however come to recognise the fact that our abilities to continue to provide the boutique service across a wider service base are achievable through focused management. With having accepted contracts since 1998, we believe that we have a unique relationship with our clients, whereby professionalism is not only expected, but also rewarded.

Although in the past, our main provision of service has been in the areas of Static Guards, Mobile Patrols teams, the New Year has brought about change. With the recent appointment of Steve Persson (General Operations Manager), he brings a fresh approach to TMP Security’s management style, service portfolio and strategy behind service provision.

TMP Security Management philosophy is this;

“Develop a unique and superlative product which is delivered only with unique and superlative service.”

TMP Management insists that the acceptance of any contract must be met with the correct staffing level resources. Having said that, it is not only a matter of having the correct staffing numbers, but the staff must possess the qualifications to meet the given task.

To be “Task Specific” when recruiting is of paramount importance, not only from the point of view of TMP Security so as to deliver its service promise, but to also consult with the Guards to establish their preferred duties and expertise. This brings harmony to the relationship and caters for the staffing levels in specific areas immediately.

Alarm Monitoring:

Protecting your business and home has never been more affordable. With a properly maintained and monitored security system, you are providing the best chance against Loss of Possessions and protection of your business and family.

Having your premises continuously monitored by our 24-hour grade A1 monitoring centre ensures that someone will be notified in case your alarm system activates.

Continuous back-to-base monitoring is a key feature of any TMP monitored security alarm system. A “monitored line” is an alarm system at a client’s premises that, upon activation, a dialler built into the control panel uses the telephone line to send a digital message to our central monitoring station. The control panel will transmit digital information to the central station receiver describing the premises location and the area that has triggered the alarm.

Information is then displayed on a computer terminal showing the name and address of the premises and the actions required to respond to the event in accordance with the client’s instructions and “HELP IS ON THE WAY”

Control Room:

The control room serves as our central communications, through which all our security personnel are directed and monitored.

We are a 24hr operation, a duty manager is on call at all times and supervisors are on the road each night, each of which has had extensive training in the field.

The Supervisors responsibilities are to monitor employee’s performance in the following areas:
