Greetings Voyageurs So far so good as the start of the

new year serving the Grande Voi-ture! I attended the National Prom-enade and three different Commit-tee meetings. The Membership meeting is the one I’ll comment on at this time. Membership was down by 854 memberships. Sixteen Grande Voiture’s were at 100% or better for 2016. Sous Membership Directeur Mike McGary achieved 100% in his area. That hasn’t hap-pened since 1990. The I GOT TWO pin is again offered and for ten or more new members, a new SUPER NATIONAL pin will be presented. A silver ring for 105%, but that’s only for the Grand Chef de Gare

Time line for turning in mem-bership is as follows: 50% by Oc-tober 15th; 75% by November 30th; 100% by January 31st and 105% before July 1st.

We need to effectively use Pub-lic Relations when recruiting new membership. We need to sell our programs and what we are!

I attended the Milwaukee White Collar Wreck. There were four PG’s from Milwaukee and two from Dane County. The local Chef tells me that they may have another wreck soon. I missed the Tomah wreck and they had a lot of young new members that were initiated. This is what we need, younger members to carry us for the future.

tures do not have newsletters. Try to give a call to your members so they don’t think that all you need them for are dues. Let them know that they are important for the 40/8.

My plans are to attend the Dodge County Voiture meet raffl e and din-ner. This will be held on November 19th at the Horicon American Le-gion Post No. 157 starting at 6:00 P.M.

I will also be attending the Tri-County Christmas party Dec. 2nd at Iron Ridge Inn. On December 4th, I will be attending the Cabane 830 Christmas party in West Salem.

On the 9th of December, I’ll be at the combined Dane County & Jefferson County christmas party at Doubleday’s in Cottage Grove. This will be the sixth year of the outstanding camaraderie shared be-tween these two Locales.

Nov. 5th was the testimonial for Grande Cabane Presidente Lisa York and me! Past American Le-gion State Commander Dale Oat-man was the MC for the event. Special guests were American Le-gion Dept. Voyageurs and DamesIt’s been extremely busy

these last few months. Let’s start out with the Nation-al Promenade in Perrysburg, Ohio. Jim Vissers was elected Sous Chef de Chemin de Fer. Congratulations to Jim. Don Emley completed his year as the Big Chef and is now the Advisor to both the POW-MIA and Public Relations Commit-tees. He also has a three year

appointment on the Ardery Trust Fund Committee. Jack Eaton is the National Drapeau and Ron Pfal-zgraf is National Garde de la Porte. Dale Mitch-ell is again the National Recorder. Dave Wegener is a National Sous Directeur on the Child Welfare Committee, Joe Story is a National Sous Directeur of Membership, John Helgeson is again a National Sous Directeur on the Voiture Activities Committee, Steve Bradley is a National Sous Directeur on Rit-ual and Jim Romnek & Dale Oatman are National Sous Directeur’s on the Special Awards Committee. I was reappointed at National L’editeur of the Forty & Eighter magazine.

The bid that Wisconsin submitted for hosting the 2019 National Promenade and Rendezvous went to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Let’s hope there are no hurricanes when we’re down there.

Wisconsin did win a number of awards in the Na-tional Box Car Association that were presented to John Aasen and for Voiture Activities which Jim Bassett was to receive. The plaque is currently in the 40 & 8 trophy case at State American Legion Headquarters.

Voiture National made a mistake when comput-ing the financial amount we received from them for hosting the 2015 National Promenade last year. We have received an additional check in the amount of $4,000.00.

As I’m on the subject of money, Harald Kahlert of Racine No 497 passed away recently. He was 97 and the former Captain of the Color Guard that won many National titles over the years. Harald left the Grande Voiture quite an amount of money in his will. As of this newsletter, I am still working with the attorney who is handling his estate. Thank you Harald! And “YES”, his name is spelled Harald.

On September 27th, a strong contingency of Voya-geurs were on hand in Milwaukee for a White Collar Wreck at the Greendale American Legion Post No. 416. Locale No. 1519 Chef de Gare John Edelblute opened the Promenade with Grand Chef de Gare Rich Ruland preforming his very first Initiation. Six new Voyageurs from Milwaukee and Dane Counties being initiated! Voyageurs Dale Mitchell, Dave We-gener and your Grand Correspondant assisted Grand Chef Rich with this White Collar Wreck..

La Crosse County Voiture Locale and Cabane No. 830, who are hosting the 2017 Midwinter Pe-tite Promenade, just found out that the Best Western has been sold and is now The America Inn. The area where the hotel is located was rezoned and is now in La Crosse.

At the Monroe County White-Blue Collar Wreck on October 23rd which was held in Tomah, I was given the honor preforming the initiation. Whoev-er the Voyageur was that built the Wrecking equip-ment, a tip of the chapeau to you and to Voiture No. 804 Wrecking Crew for putting on such a good initi-ation. Grand Chef de Train Doug Schaller and I were very impressed. Al Ross, Carl Sjolander, Joe Story, Al Johnson, Jim Witte, Les Brown and a whole lot of Locale Voyageurs from Trempealeau, Monroe and Juneau counties were on hand to welcome in seven new Voyageurs.

I did get a chance to speak to some of the many younger Voyageurs on hand about the possibility of Monroe County hosting a Grande Promenade in the near future. There are plenty of hotels and restau-rants in the Tomah area! They plan on sending a delegation to the Midwinter Petite in La Crosse to see how the Voyageurs from La Crosse County han-dles this event.

The recently concluded Fall Cheminot and Home-coming for Grand Chef Rich Ruland is in the books. Many fine reports were given at the Cheminot from those who attended the National Promenade. A new PASSWORD was given out by the Grand Chef de Gare.

Don Emley has been in contact with the Radisson Hotel and Conference Center in Green Bay and they are sending a delegation down to Bossier City, Lou-

As I look at the current membership report, I see that four Voiture’s have a goose egg, or zero in membership turned in for the coming year, 2017. I think this is unac-ceptable; the leadership in each of these Voiture’s have not renewed their membership for the coming year. If you do not renew your membership, how do you expect the other Voyageurs in your Voiture to renew theirs?

On the fi rst of January, 2017, your membership in the Forty and Eight will have expired. Please renew today, so Grand de Wisconsin can be 100 percent by the fi rst of January, 2017. Also sign up new members.

I thank all Voyageurs who have renewed their membership.

Some of you should look at buying a Paid up for Life membership, thus not having to worry about renewing your membership every year. For information on this, go to the National Forty and Eight web site. You can call me at 608-786-2398 and I will send you the information.

Everyone have a safe and happy holiday season.

FAMILYWe are a nursing facility.

The Wisconsin Veterans Home at King is a long term and rehabilitative care facility serving veterans and their eligible dependents. We offer quality medical and nursing care to enhance quality of life. Our highly trained and dedicated staff strive to meet the unique needs of veterans by providing compassionate care built on the foundation of integrity, honor and respect. We also welcome qualified non-Wisconsin residents. Call us at 715.256.5027 for a tour.

Greetings Fellow Voyageurs,Now is the time to start recording activities for the re-

porting year which began on July 1, 2016 and ends on June 30, 2017. By recording activities during the year, fi lling out the year end reports should be a simple mat-ter of transferring the information to the Local Voiture Activities Report form. I recommend that all Voyageurs keep a log of their activities and turn that log over to your Local Voiture Activities Directeur or Correspondant on or about July 1, 2017 for inclusion on the annual reports.

In planning activities for the new year, why not include a membership event? While all qualifi ed veterans are po-tential members, emphasis should be placed on Desert Storm or younger veterans. They are willing to serve and will be the future of La Societe.

Other possible events include fund raisers for nurses training, a dinner honoring the nurses receiving scholar-ships, fl ags for fi rst graders, youth sport activities and all celebrations honoring and remembering veterans.

In addition to events, all activities involving voyageurs and dames are reportable. Examples include: Prome-nades and American Legion Post meetings for which a quorum of the voiture is present, volunteer work per-formed by Voyageurs, observances and parades of Me-morial Day, Veterans Day, Flag Day, King Day and Rit-uals performed, parties held, assistance for Badger Boy’s State, nursing home visits, and meals that accompany funerals, cheminots, Grand events attended and Grand events sponsored.

Let’s make this a year when all Voitures promote the programs of La Societe, turn in reports on time and make their membership goals.

Since the National promenade, I’ve been busy try-ing to fi nish off the last of the mistakes on the last book which I will try not to repeat on this year’s book. It was really hard to get Ken to smile. When his wife, Betty was around, it was a lot easier. Although, it did take fi rst place at National.

Ken was always asking why I had to take so many pictures of the same thing. I hated to tell him I was that bad of a photographer that I needed several shots to get one good one. In a lot of the pictures, there is always someone moving around in the back ground or just bad lighting. The more pictures I took the better I got up to a point. There is always room for improvement. We will see how I do with Grand Chef Rich’s book this year. Of course, I have to remember to take the camera along. That was a problem a couple of times last year. Good thing there was always someone with a camera that I could get pictures from.

At National, it was my fi rst time as National Re-corder. There were several different meetings I had to record plus the National Promenade and Cheminot. Everything must of turned out ok because I haven’t heard from anyone yet.

Having to record everything, you get a chance to see the many things that goes on at National which leads to leading our fi ne organization every day.

I wouldn’t be doing my job if I didn’t mention the Grand’s website wifortyandeight.com. On the front page, there are registrations and all the information on upcoming events. If you have anything going on, please E-mail me at [email protected]. There is a menu at the top with all the information of the Wisconsin Forty and Eight in it. The Grand Correspon-dants corner is there. He always has important infor-mation there plus newsletters from other Voitures.

On the left side, there is information for the Ca-bane plus the Cabane Chatter from National. I have a bar graph on membership, plus in the menu, there is a listing of where each Voiture stands.

Have a nice Thanksgiving and A Merry Christmas.

Christi Johnson, we all are praying for you. Glad to hear your getting better slow but sure.

Americanism is a program that each and every one of us most likely participates in whether we realize it or not. The challenge we face as Dames is to keep track of the time and money we spend and then to report it.

Activities that contribute to the betterment of the community fall under the general category of Amer-icanism. So, any time you as a member of La Socie-te de Femme devote in support of American tradi-tion and ideals is time you can report. This includes, but is not limited to, participating in parades or other patriotic functions, visiting or assisting veterans in hospitals or care facilities, promoting flag etiquette and educating youth about the symbols of America, even writing to your legislators regarding issues im-portant to veterans

Also, remember to keep track of items you donate for soldiers, veterans, or the homeless and the mon-etary value of those items.

In addition, cash you give for poppies, raffle tick-ets, greeting cards, or donations you make to orga-nizations like Red Cross, Salvation Army, or Amer-ican Cancer Society are all reportable.

So it is a good idea to get into the habit of keeping a record of the Americanism activity you are par-ticipating in, including time and money spent, and miles traveled.

There are only ten Cabanes in the Grande Cabane de Wisconsin, but they are all very involved in the Americanism program. And why not, American-ism comes as naturally as breathing to us. As Di-recteur it is my duty to compile all the reports and tally up the donations of time and money that are made by our Wisconsin Dames. The total for 2015-16, as reported at Grande Rendezvous in Shawano, was $149,440. First place certificates were awarded to Cabane 986 (First Class) and Cabane 856 (Sec-ond Class); second place went to Cabane 1204 (First Class) and Cabane 830 (Second Class.) Congratula-tions, Dames, great work!

Rendezvous Nationale was held Sept. 13-17 at Per-rysburg, Ohio. Americanism totals nationally came to $410,860.90. Once again, Wisconsin contributed a big chunk to that total, with over one third of the amount. Dodge County Cabane 856 was awarded the Helen Payne Americanism award, second place.

The 2017 Americanism pin is now available for $3.00. I have already distributed a number of them to the Cabanes. But if you did not get a chance to buy one, or need more, just let me know. Call 715-332-5288 or email [email protected]. And re-member, money spent on pins for any program is reportable.

The holidays are coming and with them come many opportunities to help out in your communities. I encourage you to show your holiday spirit by help-ing those less fortunate. In turn, you will be reward-ed with the gift of knowing you made a difference.

Happy holidays to you and yours. May the season bring you joy and peace.

GRANDE CABANE AMERICANISMBeth Laatsch

I would like to take this opportunity to relate to you some facts and information about our great newspa-per, the Badger Forty et Eighter. Dames, this is a very interesting publication, and you should really take the time to check out the articles that are printed. Each issue contains useful information submitted by our Grande offi cers and directeurs on a wide variety of topics, including membership and promotion of our programs, as well as helpful suggestions for growing your Cabanes.

For those of you Dames that are unable to attend Grande functions, you’ll read about what we have been doing and catch up on who is doing what in our organization.

Rosemary Koeller, Past Directeur of the Forty et Eighter, graciously submitted some information per-taining to fi lling out the Grande reports and I’d like to share this with everyone:

Recommendations for fi lling out the Grande reports.

First: Remember the Grande year runs June 1 thru May 31.

Second: Membership is the key to keeping our Ca-banes together.

Third: Since our Cabanes are not all the same size, it is extremely important to include your membership numbers and to report those numbers on your annu-al reports. Each and every report should include that number, no matter which program you are reporting on.

Fourth: Always remember to report your time and miles spent working for the program. (Example: hours x $10.00; miles x $1.00.)

Fifth: (This one too many Cabanes forget to report.) When fi lling out your Badger Forty et Eighter report, you can claim $1.00 per member. (Example; if your Cabane has ten members you report $1.00 for each one, total $10.00.)

Sixth: There are two classes. First class 0-20 mem-bers, second class 21 members or more.

I hope we have 100% reporting going forward. Please, just keep these suggestions in mind and La Societe de Femme will prosper.

Well, it was another wonderful, exciting successful Rendezvous Nationale 2016 which was hosted in Perrysburg, Ohio.

I would like to say Congratu-lations to Jackie Mitchell who received Nationale Dame of the Year. Way to go Dame!! Four Wisconsin Dames received Natio-nale appointments: Barbara Dot-zauer, Sheboygan County Cabane

1080-POW-MIA. Barbara Dotzauer, Sheboygan County Cabane 1080-La Sous Presidente Nationale, Lisa York, Dodge County Cabane 856-Co-Chair of Trophy and Awards, and Judy Pfalzgraf, Dodge County Cabane 856-Sous Garde de La Porte Nationale.

Congratulations to the Wisconsin Grande, we received the Joyce Wiseman POW-MIA Award for third place. Dodge County Cabane 856 received (2) two awards. They were Helen Payne Americanism Award for second place and the Audrey O’Keefe Youth Sports Award for second place. Wonderful news for all and super cool!!

Joyce Willis from Virginia was elected La Presidente Nationale. Her theme this year is: Go the Distance for the Goal. Her project is: Nationale Youth Sports.

Membership: Now is the time to renew your member-ship and get new ones. This was the main topic talked about at Rendezvous Nationale. Wisconsin is at 41.16%. We have lost so many Cabanes. Let’s spread the word on what we are all about and on all the programs and how they help people.

Reporting is important-remember to keep track of every-thing you do for the programs of La Societe de Femme. Make sure you record your hours, tasks, miles and monies spent.

Fall Cheminot was held a Howard Johnson, Madison, WI. We attended Rich Ruland and Lisa York’s Joint Testimonial Dinner. Thank you Dames for all the great reports from Nationale. Don’t forget our website: www.wifortyandeight.com

Mid-Winter Petite Rendezvous will be held at the Ameri-can Inn in La Crosse on February 10 & 11, 2017. Which is under a new name and management. Please plan to attend: Dames’ registration will be $5.00. The luncheon will be $12.00. The Cheminot will start at 9:00 AM on Febru-ary 11, 2017; the Workshop will follow after Cheminot. Please take note of this change. This was done to make sure everyone gets a chance to ask questions or get their questions answered on their reports on activities.

A very heart felt thank you to everyone. We wish you a happy and healthy holiday season.

Hello Dames and Voyagers from the second recycled Grande Cabane de Wisconsin Grande Presidente. I really enjoyed my first term as your Grande Presi-dente, so I am happy to be serv-ing you again and look forward to a great year with Grand Chef Rich Ruland. We are ready to “go and get ’em” for the good of La Societe.

This year’s Presidente’s project is Child Welfare and will be earmarked for Camp Hometown He-roes. All fines that are collected will be donated to MS (multiple sclerosis.)

I attended Rendezvous Nationale in Perrysburg, Ohio Sept. 13-17 and had a great time. It’s always good to see all the familiar faces and to get to know the new ones. I was proud to have served with Judy Pfalzgraf and Jackie Mitchell on the Ways and Means Committee. The Silent Auction was very successful, and together with the grab bags, gener-ated a great amount of funds for Cabane Nationale. Thank you everyone for your donations.

Also at Rendezvous Nationale, Wisconsin Dame Jackie Lee Mitchell was named Dame of the Year for 2015. That makes the second year in a row that a Dame from Wisconsin was given that high hon-or. Congratulations, Jackie, the Dames of Wiscon-sin are all so proud of you!

Wisconsin also has the honor of being the home of Sous Presidente Nationale Barbara Dotzauer. In order to make her proud of her home state (and to make us all look good, too) I am asking you to work hard to get your dues paid so we can have 100% membership.

I hope to see many of you during my travels throughout the state.

Grande PresidenteLisa York

Hello Dames and Happy Thanksgiving! It’s time to give thanks for all our blessings, our families and friends.

It’s time to pay your dues for 2017. I see many of our Dames have been working hard to keep the membership train moving along. Congratulations to Dane County Ca-bane 683 and Sheboygan 1080 for reaching 100 percent al-ready! Pierce County Cabane 904 is not far behind with 83 percent, and Shawano 986 is well on the way, having al-ready already surpassed 50 percent.

Sometimes it’s diffi cult to keep your members interested in continuing to participate in the Cabane’s programs and activities, and that’s when they might decide that there is nothing in it for them. Please don’t let that happen! Offer to pick them up if they need a ride, make it fun for them to help out, and above all, let them know how much you ap-preciate their efforts.

Also, please continue to ask family and friends to join our wonderful organization. The requirements are few: fe-male, over 18, affi liated with a veteran … simple.

Please keep Past Grande Presidente 1984-85 Burness McBain and her family in your prayers following the loss of her husband Clive. Drop a card, 800 West Ave. North, #222, West Salem, Wi. 54669. Thank you.

If you have any questions about membership, or I can help in any way, please give me a call, 608-786-2398, or e-mail [email protected].

Fellow Voyageus; I have received youth sports pins. Sev-eral have been sold and several are on consignment. Hope-fully, there will be some applications for Youth Sports fund-ing. Each Grand is afforded $1000.00 a year, broken down to each Locale can apply for $100.00 to be used for a group, an individual or a team whether it be boys or girls. It would be great if all pins can be sold and paid for by December 1st, then we can get our monies sent to National. Let’s have a good turnout for Mid-Winter in La Crosse and we can dis-cuss what we can do for our youth. Thank You.

The Generals ClubMany might wonder just what the Generals Club is. The

sole purpose of the club is to generate funds to provide trans-portation and lodging for the national Law Offi cer of the Year to the Promenade Nationale each year to receive prop-er recognition of their selection. Dues are but ten dollars a year. There is brunch held at Promenade Nationale where the Law Offi cer of the year and Hero of the Year are pre-sented. Advance reservations for the brunch should be made when registering for Promenade Nationale.

Membership in the Generals Club is by invitation of a cur-rent member. I encourage you to consider supporting this effort to recognize the Law Offi cer of the Year. Greetings! I am proud to have been appointed Grande Box Car Liaison once again. There are new and excit-ing things happening for the program this year and I’m pleased to be able to share them with all of you.

First of all is a new National Box Car tribute coin dedicated to La Femmes in appreciation of all the as-sistance the Dames have given the program over the years. It will be the sixth coin in the series, and a must-have collector’s item for every Dame. The cost of the coin is $10.00, and they can be ordered from Grand Voiture Directeur Box Car John Aasen. John’s con-tact information was printed in the Sept.-Oct. issue of the Badger Forty et Eighter. You did save yours, didn’t you? Well, in case you didn’t, his phone num-ber is 715-538-2097, email [email protected]. I would advise Dames to contact him before ordering to be cer-tain of availability.

The new pin for 2017 features the caboose to rep-resent La Femmes. This is the last pin of a series of pins called “The Shadow” series. For any Dames who are interested, I have the pins and Associate cards. Just contact me and I’ll get them sent out to you.

To learn more about the Box Car Association, check out the National website: http://www.fortyandeight.org/box-car/

The National Box Car Hobo Association information and news now appears on the national website along with the Box Car Program information. Not only will you be able to sign up to be a Hobo, but you can see for yourself how much fun we have giving away mon-ey and interacting with children. This year, it gives me great pride to announce the Hobo Association made donations to the following:

1. We once again paid for the children’s party at Ren-dezvous Nationale. Thirty special-needs children were served lunch and entertained by fi ve Box Car Hobo Clowns, four of whom were our very own clowns from Wisconsin.

2. Six checks of $50.00 each went to the box cars/trains that came to Perrysburg.

3. A check for $500.00 went to Hometown Heroes right here in Wisconsin. Camp Hometown Heroes is a free week-long overnight summer camp for children aged 7-17 of U.S. service members who died in any manner: combat, accident, illness, or suicide. During their visit to camp, perhaps for the fi rst time in their young lives, the children have the opportunity to open-ly discuss their feelings and experiences.

4. A check for $500.00 will be given annually to a children’s home/facility in the city that hosts Prome-nade/Rendezvous Nationale.

If you have any questions or ideas please contact me, I’m here to assist in any way I can. Remember: every pin and Associate card sold helps to pay for our chil-dren’s party and special awards. Associate cards may be purchased for anyone – your children, grandchil-dren, or pets, and they only cost $1.00 each.

ALL ABOARD TO SUCCESS!!

Box Car Program Barbara Dotzauer

It is hard to believe that summer is over and the holidays are approaching. There are so many things that our Cabanes can do for Child Welfare this time of the year.

For Thanksgiving you can fi nd a family with children in need and purchase their Thanksgiving turkey. Ask your Voi-ture to donate some money to the project, to make it Voiture-sponsored, and therefore eligible for credit on your year-end Child Welfare report. You can also sponsor a food drive to benefi t your local food pantry. Again, ask your Voiture for a contribution and purchase food that appeals to children like cereal, pancake mix, peanut butter, soup or juice.

For Christmas, adopt a family with children and purchase Christmas gifts for the children. Again, ask your Voiture for help because in order for a Cabane to take credit for an activi-ty, that activity must be Voiture-sponsored.

You can also purchase gifts for children by taking names from Christmas Giving Trees and for local Christmas Toy Banks.

To prepare for the cold winter weather coming on, you can donate warm clothes to local food pantries, churches or other community groups. If a member of your Cabane knits or cro-chets, ask her to make a few scarves, mittens or hats to give to kids in need.

Maybe your Cabane is short on volunteers or time. Don’t think you have to do all of these projects; just pick one or two. The suggestions I have given you are just a few of the things that can be done as Child Welfare projects. Keep in mind that it is necessary to have the endorsement of your Voiture in or-der for your project to qualify for awards at the end of the year. If you have any questions, please call me at 1-920-485-0107.

Remember, our children are our future.

Greetings, Dames. I’m pleased to once again be serving as your Grande and Nationale Directeur POW/MIA. Last year, we here in Wisconsin did an outstanding job with our reports and received rec-ognition at Rendezvous Nationale with a third place POW/MIA award! This is the first time Grande de Wisconsin has won this award, and I’m so proud of each and every one of you for making it possi-ble. Merci!

With this in mind let’s keep up the great work. The goal this year for Pennies for POW/MIA is $3,000. I am sorry to report that last year we came up short of the goal by $960. I hope we can do bet-ter this year.

There are many ways to collect pennies, every year we hear of many innovative methods. One easy way to gather small change is simply to pass a container around at all of your Locale functions, both for the Dames and Voyagers. Ask local mer-chants for permission to put a container on their countertops. Those that help with poppies would probably be more than willing. You can also hold raffles or 50/50 drawings that are specifically ear-marked for POW/MIA.

When sending in your check for pennies, please make it out to Cabane Nationale and earmark it for Pennies for POW/MIA in the memo section. Then mail it to Cabane Nationale, 250 E 38th Street, In-dianapolis, IN 46205. Do not mail checks for Pen-nies for POW/MIA to me or to our Grande Com-missaire Intendentante, as that just wastes postage and time.

Keep a record of everything you collect and take credit on all reports. Monthly reports help when doing Mid Winter and Grande reports.

The new 2017 POW/MIA pins are available, please contact me and I will be happy to send them to you. They still are $3.00 a piece.

Here is an update on our scholarship program from Directeur Nationale Dan Tarbell: Current-ly we have 17 renewals, and six new applications which have been approved. Through the donations from the selling of POW/MIA pins and Pennies for POW/MIA, we are able to provide Scholarships in the amount of $1,000 each and have enough left over to cover the cost of the new pins for 2016-2017.

There is a wealth of information on our program found on the National 40&8 website www.forty-andeight.org/powmia. There you’ll also be able to find the guidelines for the scholarship.

Let us NEVER forget.
