Boutique Manager Event, Zurich June 2016

AGENDA

Our successful fourth TAIC Boutique Manager Event (“BME”) took place in June 2016 and was our first full day event culminating with a mini version of Carmen, performed by the New York City Opera compliments of R.G Niederhoffer. The BME full day event featured a morning of meet-the-manager sessions (including 19 relevant capital sources and 22 boutique managers), followed by panel discussions and our signature Oxford-style debate. Engaged Partners, Founding Members, Sponsors and attendees were carefully selected, so as to maintain the core purpose of TAIC. Of the 173 attendees, there were 74 Investment Managers and 52 Asset Allocators attending.

Sponsors were mentioned in all event communications in and around the BME (including emails, invitation, agenda, event directory etc.). Sponsors were able to attend the BME with four attendees. Sponsors promoted their firm with 1-2 pages in the EME event directory, which was distributed prior to the event and was made available at the event to all attendees. Sponsors were recognized prior to and at the BME as one of the main Sponsors. On the day of the BME Sponsors were able to provide attendees with give-away goodies and marketing materials.

PARTICIPANT COMMUNICATION

Building on the success of our Emerging Manager Event ( “EME”) held in 2013 and 2014 and our quarterly networking events (TAIC), Swiss Financial Services is proud to be organizing the third half day EME in Zurich on Tuesday 23rd June, 2015 at the Baur au Lac.

The continuing success of all these events is driven by the attending entrepreneurs and their shared passion for the alternative asset management industry. The underlying theme is built on owner managed boutiques working closely together to deliver superior investment performance and excellent client service. As in previous years our EME nurtures and encourages engaged discussions, thought provoking ideas and an abundance of informal networking opportunities amongst asset manager and allocator business owners. The EME will consist of a luncheon, followed by an afternoon of targeted presentations and panel discussions. We will close with a cocktail party, marking and celebrating Swiss Financial Services’ 30th anniversary in business.

Attendance is by invitation only and limited to 160 people, representing approx. 80 asset managers and 80 allocators. We personally invite senior decision makers of the alternative industry, including family offices, HNWI and fund selection teams, as well as asset managers. Hosted by Swiss Financial Services with generous contributions from:
