Welcome to TampereInformation for Applicants
EligibilityTampere Summer School is intended for university and applied university students and graduates from all over the world. We welcome applications from Bachelor, Master and PhD students of all academic fields, but please remember to check course-specific requirements in the course descriptions. All applicants must be proficient in English.
Course FeeCourse fee for students not registered at the Tampere University (TAU) or Tampere University of Applied Sciences (TAMK) is 120 euros for 1 ECTS. The price for a 5 ECTS course, for example, is 600 euros. For exchange and degree students of the TAU, and TAMK (academic year 2019-2020) courses are free of charge. The course fee includes registration to the course, customer service, teaching and study facilities.
AccommodationApplicants will be provided with information about different accommodation options, the cost for housing for 14 days will be approximately 300-400 euros.
