THE  MEDICATION  SAFETY  CONFERENCE  SERIESThe  Medica'on  Safety  Conference  series  is  owned  and  organized  annually  by  Synove'cs,  an  Emara'  Company  specialized  as  a  Professional  Conference  Organizer  and  located  in  TwoFour  54  in  Abu  Dhabi.  UAE.  

The  Medica'on  Safety  Conference  is  supported  by  local  and  interna'onal  professional  organiza'ons  including  American  Society  of  Health  System  Pharmacists  (ASHP),  Ins'tute  for  Safe  Medica'on  Prac'ces  (ISMP),  Joint  Commission  Interna'onal  (JCI),  Purdue  University  among  other  pres'gious  organiza'ons.  The  Medica'on  Safety  Conference  hosted  the  Interna'onal  Medica'on  Safety  Network  (IMSN)  mee'ng  for  the  first  'me  in  the  Middle  East  in  Abu  Dhabi  in  2011.    

The  Medica'on  Safety  Conference  series  is  annually  accredited  by  the  Health  Authority  of  Abu  Dhabi  (HAAD)  for  CME  hours,  and  are  planned  and  implemented  in  accordance  with  the  Accredita'on  Standards  for  Con'nuing  Pharmacy  Educa'on  of  the  Accredita'on  Council  for  Pharmacy  Educa'on  (ACPE)  in  the  US.

THE  ABU  DHABI  OBSTETRICS,  GYNECOLOGY  &  MIDWIFERY  CONGRESS  SERIESThe  Abu  Dhabi  Obstetrics,  Gynecology  &  Midwifery  Congress  series  is  owned  and  organized  annually  by  Synove'cs,  an  Emira'  Company  specialized  as  a  Professional  Conference  Organizer  and  located  in  TwoFour  54  in  Abu  Dhabi.

THE  ABU  DHABI  OBSTETRICS,  GYNECOLOGY  &  MIDWIFERY  CONGRESS  PHOTOS

AYLA  SALES  EVENTAyla,   needed   to   launch   and   build   awareness   about   its   newly   launched  property  resort  situated  in  Jordan.  

Synovetics  organized  a  VIP  event  exclusively  by  invitation  only.  The  event  was  held  at  St.  Regis  Corniche  Abu  Dhabi  last  May  2016.    

Further  to  this  event  Ayla  increased  their  sales  in  property  and  their  goal  was  sustained.  

THE  1st  GERIATRIC  HOMECARE  CONFERENCE  

This  1st  Geriatric  Homecare  Conference  is  one  step  in  launching  process    of  Ministry  of  Health's  Home  Care  Outreach  Initiative  as  part  of  H.H    Sheikh  Mohammed  Bin  Rashid  Al  Maktoum,  Prime  Minister  of  UAE  and    Ruler  of  Dubai  Initiatives.  

The  conference  included  several  scientific  sessions  covering  important    geriatric  syndromes  and  problems  like  an  update  in  dementia  treatment,    behavioral  and  psychological  problems  of  dementia,  delirium,  sleep    problems,  chronic  pain  management  and  medication  management.  Moreover,  this  conference  shed  more  light  on  home  safety,  elderly  abuse,    ethical  and  social  issues,  caregiver  burden.

THE  SCIENCE  BEHIND  ART  -­‐  IVF  CONFERENCEThe  Science  Behind  ART  was  a  specialized  medical  conference  focusing  on  the  latest  advances  in  the  field  of  In  Vitro  Fer'liza'on  (IVF),  has  opened  in  the  capital.    

Conference  chair  Dr.  Human  M.  Fatemi  and  Director  of  Middle  East  opera'ons  at  IVI-­‐GCC,  explained  that  the  event  aims  to  raise  the  profile  and  importance  of  IVF,  by  discussing  the  latest  technologies,  techniques,  research  and  advancements  made  in  the  field.    

IVI  has  pioneered  and  advanced  In  Vitro  Fer'liza'on  (IVF)  treatments  around  its  clinics  interna'onally,  and  aims  to  hold  "The  Science  Behind  ART"  conference  annually  as  a  plaporm  for  IVF  specialists  to  network  and  update  their  knowledge.  The  event  in  Abu  Dhabi  has  gathered  a  faculty  of  dis'nguished  global  speakers  and  aIended  by  over  250  delegates  from  the  UAE  and  the  region.    

The  conference  brought  together  some  of  the  world's  leading  experts  in  the  field  highlighted  the  latest  innova'ons  in  reproduc've  medicine.    

The  Science  Behind  ART  conference  awarded  health  care  professionals  with  up  to  5.75  Con'nuing  Medical  Educa'on  (CME)  Hours  from  the  Health  Authority  Abu  Dhabi  (HAAD).

THE  GULF  GASTROENTEROLOGY  AND  HEPATOLOGY    

CONFERENCE  2014

The  first  instalment  of  The  Gulf  Gastroenterology  and  Hepatology  Conference  2014,  took  place  on  the  24th  and  25th  of  April,  2014    at  the  InterContinental  Hotel,  Abu  Dhabi.  

The  forum  was  chaired  by  Dr.  Hicham  Ahmed  Gharib,  Head  of  Gastroenterology  &  Hepatology  Department  at  the  Emirates  French    Hospital,  Abu  Dhabi  and  Prof.  Yousry  Taher,  Professor  of  Hepatology  and  Gastroenterology,  Alexandria  University  in   Egypt.  

220  Delegates  attended  the  conference  and  were  educated  with  current  initiatives  and  state-­‐-­‐of-­‐-­‐the-­‐-­‐art  innovations  from  a  host  of    internationally  renowned  speakers  from  France,  Egypt  and  the  region  notably  Dr.  Arnaud  Boureille  and  Dr.  Stanislas  Burley  Des    Varrannes  from  Nantes  University  Hospital  in  France  among  others.  

The  Health  Authority  has  accredited  this  two-­‐-­‐day  stimulating  educational  event  with  10.25  Continuing  Medical  Education  (CME)    hours.  .

THE  MAFRAQ  HOSPITAL  INTERNATIONAL  ORTHOPAEDIC    

CONFERENCE  2013

The  Mafraq  Hospital  International  Orthopaedic  Conference  2013  served  as  the  1st  Abu  Dhabi  Health  Services  Company  PJSC  (SEHA)    Orthopaedic  Conference.  It  was  held  at  the  Jumeirah  at  Etihad  Towers  Hotel  in  Abu  Dhabi.  

The  conference  was  chaired  by  Dr.  Rashed  Al  Shaeel,  Chief  of  Orthopaedics,  Consultant  Orthopaedics  and  Sport  Surgery  at  Mafraq    Hospital  and  moderated  by  Dr.  Mohamed  El  Baz,  Specialist  Orthopaedic  Surgeon  at  Mafraq  Hospital.  

Synovetics  organized  the  conference  and  it  was  accredited  by  the  Health  Authority  –  Abu  Dhabi,  for  14.5  CME  hours.  Over  200    participants  attended  the  two-­‐-­‐day  program.  The  conference  focused  on  foot  and  ankle  surgery,  paediatric  orthopaedics,  trauma,    deformity  corrections  and  many  more  important  orthopaedic  focused  topics.  

Speakers  where  from  the  United  Kingdom,  Germany,  Turkey,  Egypt,  India  and  Oman  as  well  as  local  experts  from  throughout  the  UAE.

THE  WORLD  PHARMACIST  DAY  2012  

The  World  Pharmacists  Day  2012  was  held  with  the  support  of  the  UAE  Ministry  of    Health  on  September  25th,  2012  at  Sharjah  University.  Dr.  Ola  Al  Ahdab,  Pharmaceutical    Advisor  and  Project  Manager  at  the  UAE  Ministry  of  Health  chaired  the  conference.  

Organized  by  Synovetics,  the  event  was  accredited  by  the  UAE  Ministry  of  Health,  for  6    CME  hours.  The  program  was  attended  by  over  500  participants  and  focused  on    important  pharmacy  practice  updates,  innovations  in  the  field  and  strategies  for    implementing  new  techniques  and  advancements  in  pharmacy  services  across  the  UAE.  

Alongside  the  World  Pharmacy  Day  was  a  mini  exhibition,  showcasing  the  latest    advancements  from  the  globe’s  top  pharmaceutical  industry  members,  who  pledged    their  support  for  pharmacists  in  the  UAE  and  region  as  well  as  advancements  in  the  said    field  and  the  progression  towards  provision  of  top  pharmaceutical  products  and  services    in  the  country.  

The  Arab  Pediatric  Pulmonology  Association  (APPA)  3rd  Annual  Congress    

The  Arab  Pediatric  Pulmonology  Association  (APPA)  3rd  Annual  Congress  was  held  alongside  the  3rd  Sheikh  Khalifa  Medical  City  (SKMC)  Pediatric  Update  from  November  22nd-­‐24th,  2012  at  Beach  Rotana,  Abu  Dhabi,  United  Arab  Emirates.    

Synovetics  managed  the  entire  event  from  from  booking  the  venue,  international  &  regional  speakers  logistics  (visa,  travel  &  accommodation),  event  creative  (logo,  posters,  merchandise),  event  marketing,  media  coverage,  technical  requirements,  registration,  sourcing  sponsorship,  sponsor  management  etc.  

THE  2nd  MIDDLE  EAST  CARDIOLOGY  FORUM  2009  Following  the  overwhelming  success  of  the  2008  forum,  Synovetics  again    successfully  conducted  the  2ND  MIDDLE  EAST  CARDIOLOGY  FORUM  2009.  

Chaired  by  the  president  of  the  Emirates  Cardiology  Society,  Dr.  Wael  Al  Mahmeed,    Head  of  Cardiology  at  Sheikh  Khalifa  Medical  City  (SKMC),  the  forum  has  attracted    renowned  local  and  international  faculty  in  the  fields  of  cardiology  and  cardiac    surgery.

THE   EMIRATES   AESTHETIC   AND   DERMATOLOGY  CONFERENCE  (EMADERM)Chaired  by  Dr.   Thomas  Berger,  Head  of   the  Division  of  Dermatology   at   Tawam    Hospital   in   affiliation  with   Johns  Hopkins  Medicine,  EMADERM  was  held  in  Abu  Dhabi    during  January  2009.  

The  conference  focused  on  Clinical  Dermatology  as  well  as  latest  advances  in    Aesthetic  Medicine.  Experts  from  the  US,  Europe,  Asia  and  the  Middle  East  unveiled    state  of  the  art,  evidence  based  strategies  for  the  management  of  common  skin    diseases.  

THE  ROYAL  COLLEGE  OF  OBSTETRICS  &  GYNECOLOGY  CONGRESS

The  Royal  College  Of  Obstetricians  and  Gynecologists  (RCOG)  has  hosted  annual  meetings  for  the  past  30    years.  Seven  International  meetings  have  taken  place  in  different  countries  such  as  Canada,  Egypt,  USA,    Japan,  South  Africa,  Germany,  and  Mexico.  

Synovetics  handled  all  logistic  requirements  associated  with  the  8th  International  Scientific  Meeting,    which  took  place  in  Abu  Dhabi,  UAE.  

The  conference  was  supported  and  majorly  sponsored  by  Abu  Dhabi  Health  Services  Co.  (PJSC)    SEHA.  

Over  1500  attended  including  President  of  RCOG,  distinguished  chairpersons,  international  speakers,    delegates,  accompanying  guests,  a  variety  of  international  and  regional  companies  that  did  exhibits  and    product  showcase  in  the  meeting.  

The  Conference  was  held  at  Emirates  Palace  on  December  6th,  2009.

MUBADALA  LEASE  PLAN

Lease   Plan,   with   Mubadala,   needed   to  launch  and  build  awareness  about   its  brand  and  services;  managing  fleets  for  large  public  and  private  entities.    

The  third  installment  of  the  Abu  Dhabi  Obstetrics,  Gynecology    &  Midwifery  Congress  2015  aims  to  raise  the  profile  of  women’s    health,   in   addition   to   providing   improvements   through   the    sharing   of   knowledge   and   promoting   the   best   practices    among  the  healthcare  community.

Synovetics  organized  a  luxury  VIP  event  that  started  with  breakfast  at  the  Ghantoot  Hotel,  included  a  desert  safari,  and  ended  with  a  dinner  at  Hatta  Fort  Hotel.  Guests  where   flown   into  Ghantoot  Hotel  on  Lease  Plan  branded  helicopters  from  Abu  Dhabi  and  Dubai.  

Through  this  relationship  marketing  event  Synovetics  helped  Lease  Plan  to  reached    intended  key  decision  makers  cost  effectively   through   a   focused   campaign   which   built   awareness   about   their   services   and   established   strong   business  relationships  as  well.
