MMr. Hamid Raza Sherazi is an experienced Strategy & Change professional having in-depthexpertise in the analysis of business problems and development & deployment of plans forimprovement. He has vast experience working in diverse sectors for various multi-nationalorganizations. His wide network of professionals and business associates in UAE, comprisingPakistani and Western expatriates alike gives him exclusivity when it comes to engaging theright resources to resolve business issues.

Mr. Junaid Khan Jadoon has over 10 years of experience in core consulting. He has workedwith IBM GBS, Bestway group , Deloitte & TAG group. His specialties include merger andacquisition advisory, transaction advisory, devising cross border tax optimization strategies,taxation and fiscal planning, project financing, corporate restructurings, due diligences andfeasibility studies, devising financial revival strategies, Solution Design and Deployment andProject Management. Ms. Itrat Batool is MBA Finance, with three years banking experience. She has been involved intransaction structuring and analyzing risk profiles for clients during her stay with Allied Bank forarrangement of project and corporate finance . She also holds degree in Bachelors of ComputerSciences and is a CFA Level-I qualified.

Mr. Raja Mobeen Ahmed is offering more than 18 years of administrative policy andimplementation experience in security/staff management.
