Decision Form:

If you feel moved to respond in a tangible way.

I am making a decision to become a follower of Jesus, or I want to rededicate myself to that decision.

I have questions about spiritual things and would like to talk to someone.

Other:

One of our pastoral staff would be happy to make an appointment to talk with you about your spiritual life and what steps might come next — but only if you wish.

I would like to schedule a time to talk.

I’m kind of new... What’s this thing you call Oasis?Oasis is a network of small groups that meet regularly for friendship, support, study, and prayer. Oasis is the single

best way to connect and make wonderful friendships at Church. You don’t have to register. You’re welcome to just show up or you can contact the Oasis leader with any questions.

Oasis Group meetings have paused for the last two weeks of December in observance of Christmas and New Years. They will resume the first week of the 2016.

Please note: Some groups may have made alternative arrangements for special gatherings. Please connect with your group leader for specifics.

New Name & New LocationThe Info Kiosk (and the basket for response forms) has been moved across the Social Hall to the rust colored wall by the missions display. In the coming weeks the signage will change and this area will be referred to as the Welcome Center.

?Are you Hospitable?

The Hospitality Team is responsible for providing all the delicious treats after each Sunday worship service and they need a few more folks to complete the team. They are not necessarily looking for people to cook; the team needs dishwashers, servers, sweepers, and more. If you have an hospitable nature and want to be a part of a team, complete the response form for more details.

Guatemala Bound! The Missions Board is excited to announce that next

year we will be going on our second missions trip to Guate-mala! According to the World Bank, 75% of the population live below the poverty line and 58% are below the extreme poverty line, which means they struggle with basic needs like food and shelter. This Missions Ministry will be working with a group called Mission Guatemala, which was started by a minister here in Indiana.

There will be an information meeting Sunday, Jan 17, after second service to provide all the details about the trip. This is an exciting opportunity to serve our Guatema-lan friends! If you think you might be interested in the trip, please complete the RSVP form to reserve your spot at the information meeting on January 17.
