SUGARMOB PRO

Biztech consultancy provides a proficient mobile application for Android with SugarCRM

instance as a back end. It allows accessing your customer data on your mobile device. The

modules and their layout can be configured from the back end.

1 Benefits

helpful for CRM owners to manage all the CRM Data.

Customer satisfaction is the key to success. This app helps you to manage customers

through mobile app which is directly connected to your Sugar CRM Instance.

Integration of your Sugar CRM Instance to the application is very easy. Just enter the

URL of your site and it will be integrated.

This could be helpful from marketing and sales point of view.

You don’t need to be physically present in front of the PC to manage the customers.

From mobile you can manage the customer.

You can directly call or text the customer from the mobile.

User can fill his/her location directly with the help of our integration with Google Map.

You can keep track of your meetings or scheduled calls from mobile by using the

Calendar module.



2 Features

2.1 Admin will control the modules which will be displayed on the mobile device.

The main feature of the app is to give dynamism such that the admin will select the

modules which will be displayed on the mobile device.

The disabled modules will be hidden from the app and the mobile user can only access

the permitted modules.

2.2 Site Owner has Full Control over Data to be displayed on the Mobile Device

The admin will have the authority to select the layouts which will be displayed on the

mobile device.

If admin disables the layout then it won’t be displayed on the app.

Admin has to simply drag and drop the fields from the left to right panel.

displayed on the mobile

app.



2.3 Recovery of Password by E-Mail

The mobile app will provide the feature of recovering the password.

The “Forgot Password” option will redirect you to the page where you can enter your

email address and user name.

This will send a link to your email from which you will be able to change the password.

By clicking on submit button a

link will be sent to the E-mail

address given.



2.4 Mobile Accessibility of Customer Data

Now user doesn’t need to worry about being physically present at the desk to maintain

customer relationship.

With the help of SugarMob Pro user will have all the access to customer data and can

interact with the customer from mobile only to enhance more customer relationship.



2.5 Reminders for Scheduled Calls and Meetings with the help of Calendar Module

All the user meetings and calls will be synchronized from the back end to the mobile

device and they will be stored in the calendar module to get a reminder of the tasks.

The user can also add the task from mobile device also in the calendar module.

You can add as many calls or meetings for a day as required.

User can add multiple calls

2.6 Synchronization of Offline Data

To use the app internet is not must, user can also access the app when he/she is offline

and the data will be migrated to the back end when he/she connects to the internet.

It will also provide the option to turn off synchronization and sync the data whenever user

wants.

2.7 Call and text directly from mobile

The user will have all the data of the customer in the app from which, he/she can directly

call or text the customer for the communication.

2.8 Add address of the Customer with the help of Google Maps.

The app has the option to insert the location of the customer from the app with the

Google Maps.

With the option user can add the address by Google map and doesn’t need to insert it

manually.
