2.1 Back-End Admin Features
2.1.1 Admin Settings
Admin can enable / disable Australia Post Services with the name which admin wants.
Also, admin has to enter the relevant warehouse postcode to get the shipping rates for various
destination locations, where the parcel has to be delivered.
Admin can set handling fees which will get reflected on front-end.
Admin can also manage Satchel services if used.

Admin needs to fill the value of weight, apart from height, width and length of the
attribute, individually for each product while filling out the details of product.
Admin can define attributes for Length, Height & Weight. These set parameters will be fetched
from product and will be taken into count while fetching Shipping Rates.
Admin can also define default parameters for height, length & width. If these parameters are
not set in product, default parameters will be used to generate shipping rates.

Admin can enable/disable domestic services for parcel and letters. Enabled ones will get
displayed on front-end.

2.2 Front-End User Features
2.2.1 Shipping Methods (Normal Package)
During the checkout process shipping methods for delivery of normal posts will get displayed.
Price of the posts will also get displayed.
The services enabled by admin in backend will be displayed here.

During the checkout process shipping methods for delivery of normal posts will get displayed.

2.3 Extra Services Features
2.3.1 eParcel matrix rate shipping method Service Features
Admin can opt for eParcel Services which will allow admin to add custom rates for letters and
parcels by using CSV file.
User can upload custom rates from backend using CSV from website level.
You can specify handling fees, signature cost and insurance cost separately form backend.
Note: The eParcel system only allows for rate calculations using the uploaded rates and does not
provide any integration with eParcel itself.
Rates for eParcel service are calculated on the basis of following formula.
Rate = (dead weight /cubic weight * Cost per Kg) +parcel cost +signature cost +
insurance cost
Dead weight: Product’s weight defined by product’s attribute
Cubic weight: calculated as defined at Australia post weight guidelines:

Greater weight is taken in the calculation.
Insurance Cost = (Subtotal * Insurance Cost Per Step) / Insurance Step

2.3.2 Label Printing Service Features
Biztech has catered a great service for Australian E-Commerce store owners to print Labels for
their invoiced and shipped orders.
Admin can define Label Layout, Margins and can also manage Australia Post Branding on the
Label.
Admin can generate label only after Generating Invoice and Shipment of Order. To generate
Label admin has to generate shipment to eParcel. After that there will be option to print the
Label.
After generating shipment to eParcel once, admin will only be provided option to print the label,
so possibility of duplication will be scrapped.

2.3.3 Shipment Tracking Service Features
Store owners can now add Shipment tracking facility for the customers with Shipment Tracking
Service of Biztech’s Australia Post Shipping.
Admin can send tracking information of the shipment to customer via E-Mail and follow the
shipment status.
Admin can also track the order, Option for tracking is provided in order details.
