WELCOME VISITORS!
We extend a special welcome to anyone who has lots of money or to those who have none; whether you’re single, divorced, engaged, married, widowed. We welcome those who sing like angels and those who just make a joyful noise! You’re welcome here if you’re 1 or 100 or anywhere in between. We welcome those who work too hard or don’t work at all. We welcome you if you’re having problems, are down in the dumps and even if you don’t like ‘organized religion’. This is the place to be. We offer a special welcome to those who could use a prayer right now and even those who think they don’t need prayer. We welcome tourists, seekers and doubters, bleeding hearts, people who think they don’t need Jesus...and you! Whatever your circumstances today, you’re in the right place! We welcome you! Please fill out a visitor card located in the pew rack and place in the offering plate so we can have a record of your visit. If you are a first time visitor, stop by our visitors’ table in the Narthex and pick up our gift to you for worshiping with us today.

St. Paul United Methodist Church Seventeenth Sunday after Pentecost (Green)
September 11, 2016 8:45 & 11:00 am Rev. Geoff Grubbs, Pastor
Hey there,
I wonder… do you ever hear the person in the congregaon who starts
clapping? If the song is really upbeat a few others might join in and then
over the life of the song only that first person is sll clapping by the end.
I’m not a clapper and probably never will be but I appreciate the spirit of
those who are willing to put themselves out there. If you are a clapper,
then bless you. If not, then bless those who are and be thankful for the
spirit behind the clap. Church is fun for those who allow it to be.
Blessings,
Geoff
