Where should we put our TRASH? Please place all garbage bags in trash areas provided. 3. What are your STORE, LAUNDRY AND RESTROOM HOURS? Store/office hours are posted on the door. Laundry, restrooms and showers are open 24 hours. Door codes are provided for our guests. Daily cleaning times are posted. Please no clothes washing, dishwashing or cleaning of fish in restrooms. 4. What time do we CHECK IN/CHECK OUT? RV check out is 11:00 am and check in is at 12:00 noon. Cabin check out is 10:00 am and cabin check in is 1:00 pm. For additional days please check with the office before 11:00 am. 5. Does the park have QUIET HOURS? Yes, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. 6. Are CAMPFIRES or FIREWORKS allowed? Campfires, firearms, fireworks or explosives are not permitted. 7. May we have GUESTS visit us? Yes, your guests are welcome. They need to check in prior to visiting your site. GROUND TENTS ARE PROHIBITED AT RV SITES. 8. May we use our GENERATOR? Generator use is very disturbing to other guests. They are not necessary or allowed. 9. Can we WASH VEHICLES? No. Professional vehicle washing available. 10. Are there CHUCHES nearby? Estes park has churches within the area. 11. Are CLOTHESLINES allowed? Clotheslines can create a hazard and are unsightly. Dryers are available in the laundry room for your convenience. 12. Are PETS allowed? Yes, dogs and cats are welcome but there are certain breed restrictions. Aggressive animals are not allowed. A 6’ leash rule does apply as well as picking up after “Fido”! Your pet needs company, please do not leave it unattended. No pets are allowed in any of our buildings except service dogs. Please observe posted “No Pets” signs. 13. Are we allowed to FISH or SWIM in the LAKE? No swimming or wading in the lake. Fishing with Spruce Lake permit only. 14. Who is allowed to use the SWIMMING POOL? The pool is for the use of registered guests only. CHILDREN MUST BE ATTENDED BY AN ADULT WHEN USING THE POOL, AROUND THE LAKE OR THE RIVER. 15. HOT TUB for adults only, 18 or older. 16. What ELECTRICAL SERVICE is available? 30 and 50 amp services with some additional charges. 17. What kind of SEWER CONNECTION do I need? Colorado law requires you have a tightly sealed connection. 18. May we DUMP WASTE WATER? No. Dumping of waste water on the ground is not allowed. Please use our dump station. 19. Do you REFUND if we leave early? No refunds for early departure. 20. Who is responsible for DAMAGES to a person’s property? Park is not responsible for damage, injury or loss by accident, theft or fire to either persons or property of any guest. Any damage to site, other guests or facilities by any guest will be the responsibility of the guest.
