Check-out time is 11 am, unless arrangements are made at the office in advance. 2. Gate cards are a $15.00 fee applied on your card on file if it’s not returned. 3. No vehicle maintenance or oil changing permitted at the site. 4. No parking on vacant lots. 5. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am Sunday through Thursday and 11 pm to 8 am Friday and Saturday. Please be considerate of neighbors and keep your radio and/or TV turned down. 6. No clotheslines are permitted. Swimsuits and towels only will be left to dry. All other drying is to be done at the laundry room. 7. Laundry room hours are 9 am to 9 pm daily. 8. Speed limit throughout the park is 10 mph. 9. Please place all garbage in the dumpsters. There are also containers for recycling plastic and aluminum. 10. All RVs must be totally self- contained. 11. Management requests residents and visitors keep their site neat and clean. Patio furniture and BBQ grills only are allowed on patio. No storage, hot tub, pools allowed. 12. Storage trailers, boats, or any additional items staying longer than 6 months will be charged an additional storage fee. See storage rates at the office. The management of Sunshine Holiday RV & Mobile Home Park is happy that you have decided to visit us. We look forward to make your stay with us a pleasant one. We feel this can best be realized by applying the principles of the “Golden Rule”. With this goal in mind, we ask that you give consideration to the “Golden Rules”. 13. Recreation facilities are provided for the use of the residents and their guests. A. We have 2 pools, one in the RV section and one beside the recreation pavilion, Pool areas are Dawn to Dusk. No Pets allowed in or around pool area. B. No bare feet or wet swimsuits are allowed in recreation room. C. No glass containers of any nature are permitted in either pool area. Please put all beverages in paper or plastic receptacles. NO alcoholic beverages allowed at any time. D. Patanque court, shuffleboard courts and recreation pavilion are located behind the south pool. 14. A foam rubber ring (donut) is required for all sewer hook-ups. They may be purchased at the office if you do not have one. 15. Two (2) pets per site allowed, up to 30 lbs. No aggressive breeds allowed. ALL PETS MUST BE KEPT ON A LEASH. Pets should not be left outside unattended or tied up. No fences or playpens allowed. Cats may not run loose. Pets are not permitted in the public buildings, including the shower house. Pets should not be an annoyance (barking continually). Please be courteous to your neighbors by only walking your pet in the area of the resort you are staying in and always clean up after your pet. If you are witnessed not picking up after your pet, you will fined. RV Park Guidelines
Emergency Numbers Miles From Park
