PIONEER RIVER RESORT GUIDELINESFor the safety and the enjoyment of all our guests, we ask you to observe the following good camping practices. Management reserves the right to delete from and/or modify these policies and regulations at any time without notice.

ALL VEHICLES must stop at the office for a car pass.ALL VISITORS must register at the office upon entering the park. Rates are based on 2 adults per RV. Notify us if you have guests. There will be an extra charge for overnight guests.ONLY 6 PEOPLE ALLOWED ON YOUR SITE. NO EXCEPTIONS!PARK YOUR VEHICLE in line with your rig. Do not park in the site next to you. Extra parking is available near the park entrance. No parking in any empty site.RESTROOMS & SHOWERS are located in the Recreation Center Building.BE CONSIDERATE of your neighbors ... turn out porch lights when you retire.4-WHEELERS cannot be ridden in the park.TEXAS STATE LAW requires use of proper sewer connections. Do not use formaldehyde chemicals in the holding tanks. Fittings and chemicals available at office.PETS: 2 pet limit. Quiet pets, under control and on a short leash are welcome. Owners are responsible for the disposal of pet waste. OUR GUESTS APPRECIATE YOUR CONSIDERATION. Pets may not be tied up outside unsupervised and must be kept inside during the night. SEE PET RULES IN OFFICE.SPEED LIMIT: 5 mph

CHECK-OUT TIME: 12 NOON. Please see office in advance to request Late Check-Out.LATE CHECK-IN: Come to office before noon the next day.SMOKERS: Please do not throw cigarette butts on the ground. Ashtrays are located outside the buildings and in the swimming pool enclosure.GARBAGE: is collected daily from each site at approximately 9:30 am. Please place all garbage in a durable plastic bag, and tie. Set out in front of your site AFTER DAYBREAK and BEFORE 10:00 am for pickup.**Please DO NOT put garbage out at night. It will attract unwanted critters **GROUND FIRES at your campsite are NOT allowed. Ashes in BBQ & Pits can be picked up by staff. Please request pickup.QUIET TIME: 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.CAMPSITE CLEANLINESS: Please keep campsites clean! “A clean camp is a happy camp!”VEHICLE and RV washing in the parking lot by the RECREATION CENTER. $5.00 per vehicle and & 10.00 per RV. NOT ON SITE. Professional mobile wash companies may wash at your site provided they power wash only and bring their own water.LAUNDRY: Open 24/7. Please no clotheslines at your campsite.VEHICLE CONDITION: All RVs must be licensed and in running condition to be on property. NO inoperable vehicle allowed. Vehicles not in compliance will be towed at owner’s expense.SWIMMING POOL and SPA: 10 am to 10 pm (summer)10 am to 9 pm (winter). All rules posted and enforced. Adults only in the spa. Pool and spa are at the risk of the user. No lifeguard on duty. Pioneer River assumes no liability. Pool use for paid overnight guests only. PARENTS are responsible for the actions of their children. An adult must accompany children under the age of 14 when in the pool area, the bathrooms and the recreation halls.MAIL, MESSAGES, FAX, COPIES: If you wish to have mail forwarded here during your stay, the mailing address is: PO Box 1687, Bandera, TX 78003. All incoming mail is located inside the office. Photocopies are available at the office – 10¢ per copy. Fax service available: $1 for the first page, and 50¢ for each additional page. Fax number is 830-796-3370.US POST OFFICE HOURS: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Monday-Friday, closed Saturdays.
