In the interest of the comfort and safety of all campers, we must ask you to observe the following good camping practices.

Welcome to Houston Leisure RV Resort

Management reserves the right to add to or change these rules as circumstances require.

Disregard for any of the above rules will be sufficient reason for terminating a camper’s stay without refund.

ALL CAMPERS All campers must register at the office before entering the Resort.CHECK-OUT TIME Check-out is 11:00 am. This is strictly enforced. If you wish to stay additional

nights you must pay when you check in. Due to the high demand for campsites, we cannot guarantee space if you decide to extend your stay. It is the Resort’s policy that we cannot issue refunds.

VEHICLES Speed limit is 10 MPH. Vehicles must be parked in the assigned spaces and NOT on the grass or in vacant spaces. Mechanical repairs, including changing oil and lubing, are prohibited.

QUIET HOURS Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 7:30 am. Keep noise at a minimum during this time. Please respect your neighbor’s privacy and property.

VISITORS All visitors must register at office before entering the Resort. Visitors must park in visitor parking area.

CHILDREN Parents/Guardians are responsible for the conduct of their children at all times. Skateboards and ATVs are not allowed in the Resort. Other motorized vehicles are to be driven by licensed drivers only. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

POOL AREA Pool hours are 10:00 am to 8:00 pm. Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Swimsuits MUST be worn — no cutoffs. Pool rules are posted and are strictly enforced.

TRASH Please DO NOT leave trash outside. Tie securely in plastic bag and place in Trash Compactor at the front of the park. See site map for location.

PETS Pets are welcome, but they must be on a leash at all times and never left outside unattended. Walk pets in the “Pet Walk” area. Owners must dispose of all droppings left by their pets, even in the “Pet Walk” area. Pets are not allowed in the buildings, playgrounds or pool area. Your pet may not disturb other campers. Dog pens are not allowed.

CLOTHESLINES Clotheslines are prohibited. Do not hang clothes from trees or RVs. Laundry facilities are provided.

GENERATORS Generators of any kind are prohibited.FIRES No open fires at sites including personal fire rings.SANITATION Water, grey water or effluent may not be emptied on the ground.FIREARMS, LETHAL WEAPONS, FIREWORKS, SLINGSHOTS, PELLET OR BB GUNS

All are prohibited. The Resort and management are not responsible for loss, damage or claims for damages to property of campers due to fire, theft, accidents or other causes.
