How do you help kids reduce screen time?

• Set firm limits for watching TV, playing video games and using the computer

• When you watch TV, watch together and talk about what you watched

• Get active when you watch TV~!

• Make your family’s bedrooms “no screen zones.”

• Turn off the TV during dinner

• Don’t use TV time as a reward or punishment
