VARIETY 50 % Viura, 30 % Malvasía and 20 % Garnacha blanca. VINEYARDS Proprietary vineyards located in San Vicente de la Sonsierra. ELABORATION Cold soaked during 12 hours. Fermented in new French oak barrels (Vosgues area). Aged for 9 months in new French oak barrels on its own lees with batonnage twice per week during the first six months. TASTING NOTES Bright gold.
