Considering the central position of Trogir in terms of Adriatic

nautical ways, the proximity of the airport (3 km) and theconnection to the motorway (15 km), the tourist potential of

the town, as well as the interesting maritime zone of Central

Dalmatia, there is no doubt that Trogir truly is an ideal

location for a nautical service centre.

Trogir is a town in Central Dalmatia, on

the eastern coast of the Adriatic Sea.

The very heart of Trogir constitutes an islet lying between themainland and the island of Ciovo, and on it, the UNESCO-

protected old town centre is located.

Shipbuilding and tourism represent key economic activities in

the area.

Situated in the area with a mild, Mediterranean climate,

Trogir - with its 2,700 hours of sunshine accrued throughout

the entire year - is a true gem among the Croatian touristdestinations. The average annual temperature exceeds 15 C,

whereas summers get temperatures above 30 C. The sea

temperature is 25 C in the summer.

The SCT Marina represents an ideal starting point for

expeditions to one of the most interesting cruising areas in

the world - the attractive Adriatic coast. The coastline of

Croatia measures 1,777 km but, when combined withits 1,246 islands, amounts to more than 6,000 km.

The facility to be constructed is designed as a rst-class marine (5 moorings),

with berths in sea as well as on land, with a possibility of maintenance and

repair services being offered to yachts and other smaller vessels, which, in turn,

is an attraction for vessels on charter.

Once the construction is nalized, the marina will have 256 berths in offer for

vessels 12 to 25 m in size and 30 berths for great yachts 25 to 120 m in size.

accommodation on land is charged with a 50% discount. When the

auxiliary vessel uses a separate berth and the main vessel is not

within an annual berth programme, but only in transit, the daily

berth for the auxiliary vessel is charged in accordance with the

applicable price list.

The price of the daily sea berthcovers the following:

sea berth

use of toilet facilities and showers

standard power and water consumption (does not include

washing of the vessels).For vessels that sail into the marina between 7 am (when the

reception desk opens) and 12 pm of the same day, the daily sea

berth covers the stay in the marina until 2 pm of the following day.

For vessels that sail into the marina in the period between 12 pm

and 7 am in the morning, the daily berth expires at 2 pm of the

same day. After 2 pm the berth is charged for the following day.

the vessel owner indicated in the contract on the seasonal berth
