screen printing and embroidery service suppliers, artists and graphic artists, photographers, models, accessory and jewelry designers, merchandise distributors, website designers and much more.

SCOPE: Fashion & Art Expo is the only networking event of its kind that places aspiring and established fashion designers or brands and graphic artists directly in front of every aspect they need

to further their careers. Not only is SCOPE: Fashion & Art Expo open to the public, exhibitors can sell their items and designs directly to the public, and artists can display their portfolios and sell their

masterpieces.

Sit back, relax, and take it all in.

While the loft and its adjacent balconies overlook the

action below, they also provide enough separation from the

hustle and bustle of the exhibition floor to afford the

enjoyment of countless art and photography installations displayed throughout the

upper terrace.

Are your ears craving a little art as well?

The Loft plays host to various spoken word performances

throughout the day. Throw in some live painting exhibits

and a dash of jazz from The Loft’s personal DJ and voila!

Your senses will be saturated with some of the best the

SCOPE: Fashion & Art Expo has to offer.

The Heartbeat.

This is where the action happens.

The main stage will serve not only as the exhibition area

for the event; where countless fashion brands,

graphic artists, apparel companies, and more,

showcase their offerings, it will also play host to

numerous live performances and of course, a fashion show or two, the

exhibition hall will never see a dull moment.

But that’s not all.

At the end of the night, the entire SCOPE: Fashion & Art Expo population will

turn its attention to the main stage for the awarding of the

multiple SCOPE: Keeping the Arts Alive, scholarships, awarded to high school and

college students with dreams or art in their hearts and success in their minds.

If the best of underground music is your thing then this is where you’ll want to make a beeline for as soon as you step through the doors of Stereo Live.

The Kickback Sundays Stage, located on the patio, will be the home of the best of the underground rap, hip-hop, R&B, and alternative music scenes, in its own headlining concert. Whether you want to rock out or simply get some fresh air and a bite to eat, the patio has multiple options for your enjoyment.

Every Exhibitor Sponsorship comes with 1 table, 2 chairs, and 2 tickets. Exhibitor sponsors also receive their name and booth number on the www.SCOPEshow.com directory and sponsorship pages and their logo in the Exhibitor Passport and the option to place one look in the finale.

Exhibitor Guidelines:Load-in and setup of vendor’s booth and materials will be day of show between 9am - 11am. All booths must be set up no later than 11am.

All sales items/merchandise/props/promotional materials must be inside the venue contained in vendor’s booth space by 11am. There will be no re-entry after final sweep is completed at 11am.

At 11am the doors will close and SCOPEshow officials will inspect the venue to ensure all guidelines are met and venue is prepared for the SCOPEshow. All vendors and their teams will leave at this time, save one representative, who will remain at the booth during this time.

There will be no food or outside drinks allowed inside the venue.

All vendor’s may use visual equipment in their booths, however, sound equipment, including volume on TV’s and Computer monitors is strictly prohibited. In the event Vendor wishes to use any visual aspects, a copy of all videos must be submitted to SCOPEshow officials no later than 2 weeks prior to respective SCOPEshow. Visual materials can be submitted to: [email protected]

No speakers, megaphones, or other noise making devices are permitted.

If electricity is needed vendor must notify SCOPEshow officials at the time of initial registration. If electricity is needed, a one time set-up fee of $25 is due at the time of registration.

No weapons of any sort, including for display or artistic purposes, will be allowed into the venue.

No pornography, or drug paraphernalia of any sort, including for display or artistic purposes, will be allowed into the venue.

All exhibitor identification, including badges and/or lanyards must be worn at all times, and are non-transferable.

There is absolutely no re-entry into the venue.

Any violations of these guidelines will result in immediate removal from the Venue and forfeiture of all monies paid to SCOPEshow, for current and any future events already registered for.
