2) MONTHLY MAINTENANCE FEESa. Each Purchaser will be required to pay a monthly Maintenance Fee to cover such costs as:i. Resort Managementii. Maintaining the facilities and common areas available to all residents, such asgardens and recreational facilitiesiii.
