From The Heart Of The Andes

F ounded over 15 years ago by siblings Juan,

Jesus and Rose Inga, Sabor Latino established

itself in the very heart of the Latino community in

Queens, NY.

Coming to NY from their native

land of Ecuador, the Inga siblings

came with the vision of creating and

establishing their own business.

Inspired by family traditions and

the multi-cultural structure of

their native country that was so

rich and diverse, the Inga siblings

decided they wanted to present to

their fellow Ecuadorian-Ameri-

can community their most valued

treasure: the traditional cuisine.

For the past fteen years, Sa-
