Note: Make certain that all Exceed processes are closed before installing or uninstalling
Robcad, otherwise the install/uninstall will fail. The result of the install/uninstall is reported inthe log of the event viewer application session under the MsiInstallersource.
Known Issues
In 64bit operating systems, the full Robcad Silent Uninstall hangs when it reaches the
stage of Exceed uninstall. The workaround is to rerun the full Robcad Silent Uninstall.
When installing Robcad on a PC with more than one partition (e.g., C: and D:), youshould install MKS manually before installing Robcad 9.0. Make sure to manually
change the path of the MKS installation to C:\Program Files\MKS Toolkit.Otherwise MKS will be installed on the other partition by default.
On Vista OS (32 & 64 bit) Robcad setup should be run as administrator (RightClickRun As Administrator).
On Vista OS (32 & 64 bit) the license manager application(StartProgramsTecnomatixLicense'License Setup') should be run asadministrator (Right ClickRun As Administrator).
Proper use of Robcad on Vista 64bit requires turning User Account Controlto off, as
follows:
1. From StartControl Panel, click User Accounts and Family Safety.
2. Click User Accounts.
