IMPORTANT CIRCULAR/NOTICE

It is hereby informed that the proposed RESEARCH REVIEW MEETINGs (RRM)from 29.11.2010-1.12.2010 are now postponed and scheduled from 2.12.2010 to 4.12.2010:

All the research scholars admitted during 2009-10 and others who were admitted

prior to 2009 with erstwhile JNT University and opted to this University, are herebyinformed to attend the RRM without fail and come prepared for presentation of their work.They have to inform their Supervisor/Co- supervisor also to attend the meeting without failas it is mandatory. Also get the hard copies of your publications, if any, which are to besubmitted along the with the progress review form.

The detailed schedule is enclosed herewith. On 2.12.2010 the Honble Vice-Chancellor will address all the Research Scholars at

10.00am in the Seminar Hall of Electrical Engineering Department and the Research Scholarshave to attend without fail. Afterwards they will move to the respective departments.

Note:

1.

All the research Scholars must bring the hard copy of the Research Scholars Progress Report/ ReviewForm duly signed by the Supervisors (as per the format available with schedule notified on 29.10.2010on the University website: jntuaanatapur.org).

2.

All Research Scholars are requested to make their own arrangements for boarding and lodging duringthe above period. Scholars are advised to stay one more day, if required.

3.

The supervisor/cosupervisor also should attend the meeting along with the candidate and the candidateshave to bring this to the notice of their supervisor, as it is mandatory.

4.

If the research scholar does not attend two consecutive meetings or if the reports are notsatisfactory in two consequent meetings, the admission is liable to be cancelled.
