PT Pupuk Indonesia Logistik
(PILOG) is the one of the
subsidiaries of PT Pupuk
Indonesia (Persero). The major
shareholders are PT Pupuk
Indonesia (Persero) and PT Pupuk
Sriwidjaja Palembang – owning
56% and 44%, respectively.
PILOG was established in 2013 as a Shipping
and Logistics Company that provides transport
services for other PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero)
subsidiaries, including PT Pupuk Kalimantan
Timur, PT Petrokimia Gresik, PT Pupuk
Sriwidjaja Palembang, PT Pupuk Kujang,
PT Pupuk Iskandar Muda, PT Rekayasa Industri,
PT Mega Eltra, PT Pupuk Indonesia Energi, and
PT Pupuk Indonesia Pangan.
PILOG have been handling subsidized and non-subsidized fertilizers distribution with 6 Accurate Concept or 6 Tepat (amount, type, place, time, price and quality) to support national food security program. Since then, PILOG have extended services in transport business including distribution of commercial fertilizer, raw materials, LPGs, ammonia, coals, gypsum, conta in ers an d oth er types o f f re ight transportation. To meet the market challenge in the Shipping Industry, PILOG operates solid bulk and LPG carriers which comply to International Standard. PILOG has been investing in both capital and human resources to ensure sustainable growth and competitiveness in transport business.
