QHSE Advisor Funcon descripon For our head office in Hoofddorp, we are looking for a QHSE Advisor: The QHSE advisor is part of the QHSE department and assist in the implementaon, verificaon and improvement of the corporate Management System, related policies, procedures and documentaon, resulng in the desired and required cerficaons and operaonal pracces. The QHSE advisor will work with on‐ and offshore representaves to develop, maintain and improve internal systems, conduct audits and when required familiarize personnel with the Seafox Safety Management System. The QHSE advisor has an all‐round posion in which three main fields of experse are combinated: HSE/Occupaonal safety, QA/QC and Technical safety. Work locaon is primarily office based but includes offshore and on‐site visits worldwide. Tasks of QHSE Advisor Contributes to the connuous improvement of the company’s Management System and related supporng documents. Improves the exisng working procedures as necessary and ensures that relevant data is reflected in the Management System. Assist in QHSE projects/campaigns as and when required in conformance with the corporate improvement schedule. Prepares and maintains quarterly QHSE stascs. Assist in incident reporng and invesgaon and ensures that Lessons From Incidents (LFIs) Assist and maintains the status of correcve acons derived from incidents in the correcve acon database. Ensures all personnel are informed of, and supported in, eventual changes in the area of quality, welfare, health and (occupaonal) safety. Performs audits (onshore as well as offshore). Does site visits Offshore ‐ to verify workability of the QHSE processes, related documents and provide guidance. Assists in the preparaon of QHSE meengs (e.g. HAZID & HAZOP)./ Tenders/ COMOPS doc. Liaises with other departments, Rig managers, OIM’s., client’s safety representave Advices on maers affecng verificaon and technical safety. Provides support by providing input to HAZOP’s, HAZIDs or other Safety Reviews as directed. Carries out safety & environmental studies and produces technical reports. Supports Safety & Environmental Case Thorough Review process where required. Supports the Rig Manager in the assessment of anomalies, deviaons from standard, developing risk migaons and producing technical reports where appropriate. Assists in the preparaon/ maintenance of Safety Case and Wrien Scheme of Verificaons for all Offshore units. Assists in the implementaon of conformance to new legislave requirements and industry standards. Minimum qualificaons & cerficaons Bachelor/Master degree in QA/Safety/behavioral studies or equivalent and general affinity with offshore pracce, or Marof degree or equivalent with 2 years of general offshore experience. Good knowledge of Microsoſt Windows and Office applicaons. Good command of the English language, both wrien and spoken. Nebosh cerficate and/or experience is preferred Technical/Safety/HVK background is preferred Experience in Auding is preferred Experience in incident invesgaon and reporng is preferred.
