With over 25 years experience in Sales, Project Management and Business Administration. Peter predominantly covers Marketing, Finance and Administrative matters; in addition to maintaining regular contact with his extensive Client Portfolio

Mr John A. Wilde

The partner with over 20 years experience in the field of Industrial Engineering, Continuous Improvement, Project Management, Senior Management and Consultancy and in excess of 15 years sales experience. John operates in the “front line”, as his forte encompasses Project Management, Sales and prefers to keep a “working brief” with respect to PSL Projects; for which he has, rightly, established a first class reputation.

We have a wide range of personnel, all whom have been through our

rigorous selection process and we provide full career histories & references,

as applicable.

Training –

For ad- hoc delivery, we write specific programmes to suit your exact needs,

working with you to ensure the very best delivery. For formal courses, we

have partnership agreements the UK MTM Association, Warwick University

and a number of recognised Training Providers. We also source Consultant

Lecturers for other specialised courses – full details available upon request.

Software –

Through our close working relationship with Visdata Ltd and Infoflex, we can assist with most I.T. solutions from web design for the small business through to intranet and network applications for the larger organisation, Task Tracking, WMS & Resource Management are, however, their preferred areas of expertise.

EASE –

EASEWorks® Version 7.0 is a suite of software, training and consulting services designed to optimise your processes and to you with the ability to Develop Work Standards; Create Work Instructions; Support Flow Processes & Generate Precise Cost Estimates.

The modular solution; EASE is very effectively used in both the private and public sectors, with solutions throughout manufacturing, supply chain and retail – full details are available upon request.

SmartTime2® –

The O&M tool for the 21st century – SmartTime2® is the PDA based I/E tool that enables faster, more accurate measurement and faster presentation of findings from a number of measurement techniques; including Direct Observational Time Study (DOTS), Rated Activity Sampling (RAS) and Predetermined Motion Time systems (PMTs).

Version 3 is being released in Q2 of 2014 – delivering a solution for Windows 8. Again, details are available upon request.

Predetermined Motion Time Systems “PMTS”

As suppliers and trainers in EASE – we are not tied to a proprietary P.M.T.

System – we are able to use any approach for which our Consultants are

qualified.

Again, we include hardware and all consumables within our fee rate charges

and we will export all data into Microsoft® platforms, so that you can easily

access your data.

Rated Activity Sampling:

PSL developed, own and use SmartTime2® - thus ensuring that we deliver

the fastest, most comprehensive solution to this usually time consuming

measurement task and unlike our competitors, we include this in our fee

rate charges; as with all hardware and consumables.

Direct Observational Time Study:

Again, we use SmartTime2® - to ensure that the best possible audit trail is

delivered, the most effective use of our time is realised and consistency of

results are realised.

expensive than alternative solutions.

PMTs – with EASE®; we offer non- proprietary solutions and use MTM 1, 2, X,

and UAS. Proprietary systems, such as MOST, GSD & PADs can be used, but

licensed practitioners must be current license holders – the approach always

suits the client need.

Training –

With a myriad of Professional Courses including MTM Association Accreditation

PSL offer the complete professional practitioner support. Charged by the day

not the delegate – costs are lower & consistent.

Offering ad-hoc courses including SMED, Ergonomics, 6 Sigma, Continuous

Improvement, Rating Clinics, Appreciation Courses, Performance Coaching,

Mentoring, etcetera… PSL offers a wider range than many of our competitors

Our Approach?

PSL Scope Projects WITH YOU –

PSL hold a series of pre- project meetings with you and agree all respective

approaches, timescales, deliverables and costs and to ensure that our team

are fully aware of the project deliverables and your requirements..

Deliver a Pre- Initiation Document (PID) – to formally agree all aspects of the

Project & Introduce our Project Manager/ Senior Consultant to key members of

your internal Project Team.

PSL will deliver a pre- support presentation to your staff – enabling them to

ascertain our aims, understand our approaches and to remove fears of the

unknown.


Options?

PSL only require your verbal confirmation that you have a project in mind to

proceed and we have numerous highly experienced personnel available – all with

high levels of education and experience of a wide range of projects – we match

the person to the project - full details and respective cost implications are available

upon request.

We could, should you wish, proceed within 5 working days for most projects and

within 10 working days for training.

We welcome requests for references (please ask for a copy of our full client
