Applications are invited from interested persons for Casual/Relief Customer Service/Admin Officer.

The successful candidate will possess a high attention to detail, a strong customer service ethic and a ’can do’

attitude. You will be required to undertake a variety of tasks including front counter enquiries, library duties,

receipting of money & banking, as well as other administration duties as required.

To be successful in this position, you will have previous customer service experience and demonstrated computer

skills with word, excel and publisher. Training will be provided by Council as necessary. Remuneration will be paid in

accordance with the Local Government Officer WA Interim Award 2011 plus casual loading.

GARDENER WANTED Expressions of interest for undertaking the gardening requirements for West Court Retirement Village, Yeerakine Lodge and the Kondinin Progress Association units is sought from interested gardeners. your rubbish on your verge by the 22nd

of October 2019. You may place green waste, but no lawn clippings; white goods including degassed fridges; and furniture. Please note: we do not accept tyres, batteries or broken glass. We will also conduct a bin audit in October to check that each premises has the correct size and number of bins.

Suppliers for the Shire of Kondinin please be advised that the Shire of Kondinin is implementing a

No PO, No Pay policy as part of the established procurement process across the Shire to be more efficient.

This means that without an official Council PO, payment of supplier invoices will be delayed. All suppliers of

goods and or services to the Council must only accept a verbal or written order when a Purchase Order

number is given. Any invoice received that does not quote a valid purchase order number will not be
