Blog systems automatically generate RSS, which is necessary for it to BE a podcast. (subscribe)
Paid Hosts Versus Free hosts
Pay a monthly fee for your space, or, use a free host that will put ads.
Example, podshow.com.
An exception to this rule, video podcast hosts, Blip.tv, dailymotion, youtube - no adds and free.
Why not host on the organizations servers?
