Reservation Policy: All persons must register at the office prior to entering the Resort. All fees are payable in advance when registering. Guests wishing to extend their stay must do so by 10:00 AM on the day they are due to depart. Check out time is 12:00 PM. Each site is limited to a single-family unit. Maximum occupancy per site is six (6) persons, one (1) travel trailer, fifth wheel, or motorhome, and two (2) vehicles. Our resort does not offer refunds or rain checks for any reason. Pets: Pets are welcome in our Resort under the following circumstances: pets must remain in your RV while you’re away, leashed and attended while outdoors, walked in the designated Dog Walk area and cleaned up after. Pets are not permitted in any Resort building, the swimming pool, or the lake. No pit bulls, rottweilers, dobermans or other “vicious” breeds allowed. Vehicle Parking: Please park in designated areas, not on grass or in vacant sites. Vehicle Maintenance: Washing or repairing vehicles or RVs, including oil changes, is strictly prohibited. Quiet Hours: Please respect the Resort’s quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Generators of any type are prohibited at all times. Please respect other guests’ privacy and property by not walking through sites. Instead, please walk along the street and play in designated areas. Profanity, loud and unnecessary noises, and improper conduct are prohibited at all times. Children: Minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times. You are responsible for the conduct and behavior of your children and guests. Speed Limit: Throughout the Resort is 10 MPH. Swimming: Swimming is only allowed in the swimming pool during daylight hours. No lake swimming is permitted. Swim only at your own risk; no lifeguard on duty. Be safety conscious! Our Resort is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss. Motorcycles: Licensed motorcycles may be operated between Resort entrance and the campsite on a limited basis and not during quiet hours. ATVs, off-road, and unlicensed vehicles may not be operated on Resort premises at any time. Drug and Alcohol Consumption: Drugs are strictly prohibited. No public consumption or use of alcohol permitted. Public intoxication is grounds for eviction. Firearms/Explosives: Firearms, explosives, and fireworks are strictly prohibited. This includes archery equipment, air guns and slingshots. No hunting of any kind. No open fires permitted, except gas or charcoal grills. Fishing: Please enjoy our lake by fishing responsibly. Throw nets, trotlines, and unattended fishing poles are not permitted. Fishing is on a catch-and-release basis only. Wildlife: Our wildlife is important to us. Please do not chase, trap, or harass our Resort’s wildlife, including ducks. Please do not destroy or disturb their natural habitat. Natural Surroundings: Cutting, disturbing, destroying, or defacing trees or Resort property will not be allowed. Clotheslines: All types of outdoor clotheslines are prohibited. Please utilize the Resort’s laundry facilities and respect them by keeping them clean.
