Information & GuidelinesThank you for being our guest. Please observe the following guidelines which were developed for your safety, consideration for your fellow campers, and to ensure an enjoyable stay.

OFFICE HOURS: 8 am - 6 pm. For after-hours assistance, you may contact the staff member whose site number is posted on the office door.

TELEPHONES: Located in the main bath and clubhouse only. Telephone hookups are available at most sites.

MAIL & MESSAGES: We will accept mail for you at our street address. The office telephone numbers are for emergency messages only.

LAUNDRIES: Located in the bathhouses. Change is available in office. Please follow posted rules.

BATHHOUSES: Cleaned daily. In order to do the best job possible, we have to close them completely. Times are posted on the door. We appreciate your cooperation during these times and regret any inconvenience.

GARBAGE: Please place all garbage in a Dumpster. Wrap fish remains in newspaper and garbage bags.

SPEED LIMIT: 10 mph — strictly enforced! Resort is equipped with speed breakers.

CHECK-IN TIME: RV’s: 12 noon; Rentals: 3 pm.

CHECK-OUT TIME: RV’s: 12 noon; Rentals: 11 am. Please check with the office as soon as possible if you wish to extend your stay.

QUIET HOURS: 11 pm - 6 am.

STORAGE HOURS: 8 am - 5 pm. For after hours assistance contact the office before 6 pm.

CHILDREN: You are responsible for all actions and behavior of the children or minors with you. Unruly behavior may necessitate your having to leave the Resort without a refund.

MINORS: (under the age of 21) must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

TENTS: Tents are not allowed.

CLOTHESLINES: Not permitted.

GUESTS: The basic rate includes up to 4 people. Additional people will be charged per day, per person.

VISITORS: Must be registered with the office by resident being visited. Charges may apply.

VEHICLES: 1 RV and 2 vehicles allowed per site. There is an extra charge for 3rd vehicle. No trailers, boats, etc allowed to remain on site.

VEHICLE WASHING PERMITTED: There is a charge per vehicle. You will need to come to the office and pay prior to washing.

GOLF CARTS PERMITTED: Must be registered with office. Golf tires only (No tires over 18” in diameter allowed). There is a charge for electric carts. Must have driver license. Must have front and back lights.

APPLIANCES: Refrigerators, freezers, etc may not be located outside of RV.

NOTICE: No one is allowed to run a business in the Resort.

FIRE PITS OF ANY KIND: Open or closed, on the ground or portable, are not permitted.

BBQ GRILLS & PICNIC TABLES: Please leave them clean. Ashes should be bagged and put in a Dumpster. No BBQ grills on picnic tables, please.

ALCOHOL: If taken off your site, must be concealed in a foam insulator or plastic cup.

GLASS: To protect the many small bare feet, no glass is permitted off your site.

LAKE: Fishing permitted, but no swimming by pets or people.

FISHING: Please catch and release. No fishing from pool deck.

BIKES & ROLLER BLADES: Permitted on the road only! Daylight hours only.

ATVs & GAS OR BATTERY POWERED SCOOTERS: Must not be operated within the Resort.

SWIMMING POOLS: Pool Hours: 10 am - 10 pm. Children under 12 years must be accompanied by an adult. No lifeguard on duty. No smoking in pool area. No eating or drinking while IN pool. Please read and obey all posted pool rules.

HOT TUB: Minors must be accompanied by adult. No one under 12 allowed.

PADDLE BOATS: Available to rent. Inquire at office.

CAMPER COURTESY: Please do not walk or ride bikes through other sites.

RESPONSIBILITY: Campers are responsible at all times for the conduct of their children, their pets and their guests. Management reserves the right to refuse admission and to restrict its clientele to those who conform with camping enjoyment guidelines. Management cannot assume responsibility for injuries or accidents to cars or guests and requests that campers take normal precautions against loss of money and belongings.

Experience Nature in the Alabama OutdoorsNeed a break from the city lights, mega malls and suburban sprawl? Get in touch with your wild side on Alabama’s Gulf Coast, where schedules take a back seat to sunsets, To-Do lists aren’t nearly as important as tide charts and each change of season brings something awe-inspiring.

If you’re looking for land-based adventure, take a hike along the Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail, which winds through the rich flora and fauna of Orange Beach all the way to the pristine beach of Gulf State Park. A series of bikeways offers the chance to investigate things up close and get your exercise at the same time. Grab your binoculars and head out on the Alabama Coastal Birding Trail where you’re likely to spot everything from the tiniest hummingbird to the statuesque Great Blue Heron.

This place is for the birdsPelicans fly in perfect formation as they prepare to nose dive into the Gulf for the catch of the day. A great blue heron sails across a Mobile Bay sunset. The Alabama Coastal Birding Trail (ACBT) is a birder’s paradise.

The trail winds through more than 50 birding sites in Baldwin and Mobile counties, and is enhanced by directional and interpretive signage. Loops are close enough that you can easily drive from one to another. In

between each are plenty of places to eat, sightsee and soak in the local flavor, so grab your binoculars and head out for a walk on the wild side.

Your Well-Behaved Pets Are Welcome Here!PLEASE OBSERVE THE FOLLOWING PET RULES:

• Pets must be kept on a leash no longer than 6 feet at all times and not be allowed to roam into adjoining sites.

• The pet walk area is the undeveloped area at the south end of the Resort and around the RV storage area. Please walk your pets away from campsites.

• Please clean up after your pet! Pet waste must be picked up, wrapped and put in Dumpster.

• No pets in any public building or rental unit.• Do not let pets “mark” the sites, planted trees, bushes or flowers.• All unattended pets must be inside your camper.• Do not bathe your pet in any Resort facilities or on picnic tables.• Do not wash pet articles in laundry facilities. • No barking or loud pets.• Failure to comply with pet rules may result in their removal

from the park.• No Rottweilers, Dobermans or

Pit Bulls.
