I am going to design the visual identity for a new television programme because it will allow me to practice my moving image skills and practice my application of branding to specific audiences.

BRIEF 3: ORGANIC FAST FOODA research based investigation of the retail sector with a focus on identity and branding. I am going to design the new identity for a company that will combine the integrity of organic food with the pace of a fast food outlet because it will challenge me to brand and market a partnership that is otherwise considered obscure and make it successful.

The product will be the name and logo of the restaurant.

The range will be the visual identity applied to way finding, food panels, table teasers, menu’s, carrier bag, billboards, interactive menu’s/promotional material (like burger king in paddington.)

The method of distribution will be predominantly print based but will enter the current climate running with lots of digital

BRIEF 4: PROMOTE A PERSONA contextually based investigation of marketing and branding with a focus on social media. I am going to visually promote an unknown person or thing in the hope of making it the next internet celebrity because it will allow me to broaden my understanding of marketing and how much of an impact social media has on the successful promotion of something.

The product will be the person and his/her brand.

The range will be a visual identity, a logo, a Facebook account, twitter account, posters, flyers, badges, rosettes, mailshots a website, an app and ‘likes/followers.’

The method of distribution will be almost all digital but with some local printed material.
