Create a Campaign that changes the way the Newspaper is percieved/bought by/sold to University students.

Current issue:

Newspapers unpopular amongst stu-dents/young people, as digital media begins to overshadow print.

Currently, students are accustomed to getting their news online. Therefore, by promoting printed media in a new way, students across the country who do not regularly read newspapers may

be tempted to pick one up.

We have taken inspiration from distribution methods in other countries, and are proposing to implement news-paper vending machines in carefully considered locations that would increase accessibility to students.

We are also proposing to introduce a week-ly student pull-out section of the newspa-per, in order to encourage purchases and appeal to our target audience.

Content would potentially include:- Student News Matrix/Editor’s Letter- University profile/article- Secondary articles- Reviews/Event listings- Student Sports News
