Types of oils and their importance:
1. Quantity of oil: 500-750 ml per person per month (3-4 tsp of oil per day)2. Type of oil: For a good combination of omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids 3. Use good combination of oils to get more Polyunsaturated fats over saturated fats4. Combination of oils: Soyabean/ Rice bran oil/ olive oil in combination with Sunflower/ Groundnut oil5. Do not mix the two oils and use them separately.6. Use one oil for 15 days and another for next 15 days in a month or use one oil for6.
