    How The Skimmer Works:The Tube type Oil Skimmer uses a specially formulated 1.0” diameter collector tube (Fish Tube) that is sized in length for the application and welded into a continuous loop. The 1.0” Fish Tube collector tube floats on the surface of water and is driven in a continuous loop by the skimmer. Oils, fats, and grease cling to the outside surface of the Fish Tube and are drawn into the skimmer. The material drawn into the skimmer is scraped off the Fish Tube by abrasive resistant scrapers (Nitrile scrapers) and flows into a sludge pan with drain coupling.   • ‘Skylark’ Vertical Laminar Flow Unit is designed specifically for product protection. The Cabinet is a clean bench which provides ultra clean sterile HEPA filtered class 100 air in an isolated area for operations requiring a particulate-free environment where the highly sensitive process activities are carried-out.

    Air is spread evenly across the HEPA filter, thereby providing a stream of clean air within the work area of the cabinet; this removes all contaminated air from the interior. Perforated stainless still diffuser screen protects the HEPA filter and maintain uniform air flow velocity within the work area .vertical laminar flow occupies less space and can be installed in a small area. Advantage of working from both the sides and visibility from all sides

    The Vertical Laminar Flow Unit draws air in through the top of the unit through a pre-filter with 90% efficiency which traps particles of 10µ and above.     Bio Safety Cabinet comes with Cabinet Class II with open front design and functions as negative pressure generation module, providing recirculation of mass flow of HEPA filtered air that offers optimum protection to users, products as well as the surrounding environment.   • Skylark is design and manufacture clean room typically used for manufacturing and scientific research with a low level environmental pollutant such as dust, aerosol particle, chemical vapors, airborne microbes. Clean room has controlled level of contamination that is specified by number of particle per cubic meter at specified size of particle.These rooms are available from Class 100,000 to Class 10. The rooms are available with open free spans from 6 to 34 feet and interior room heights of 8 to 14 feet. Multiple rooms can be combined to form larger clean room systems. The system allows for additional sections to be added to existing rooms to expand the clean room at a future date.

  • CEILING MOUNTED LAMINAR FLOW (PLAN AIR) SYSTEMThe ceiling filtration system should be designed to ensure unidirectional distribution of sterile air with differential flow Velocities decreasing from center to perimeter of the surgical theatre to ensure the cleanliness of all the area covered by the airflow. The ceiling system should be equipped with HEPA filters with different performances according to their Position in the ceiling to achieve different flow velocities.

    The complete filtration ceiling system should be factory assembled its holding structure, filter frames and top plenum should be made of AISI 304 stainless steel.The filtration ceiling system should have flow equalizer to achieve uniform & constant air distribution over the whole Surface it should also have connection for surgical lamp to be fitted in place of any filter. The size of plan air will be 1800mm x 1800mm, 1800mm x 2400mm, 2400mm x 2400mm, 2400mm x 2800mm, 2800mm x 2800mm, as per Theatre size

    OPERATION THEATRE CONTROL PANELThe surgeon control panel shall meet Electrical safety codes for high & low voltage system, wired to the current IEE regulations.     The UV light shall be installed in chamber so that it is kept on while both the doors are closed; this UV light has to be automatically turned off in case of opening of either of the doors. There shall be indicators on both side of the OT so that door open / close status can be monitored from both ends

    PRESSURE RELIEF DAMPERSPressure relief dampers should be provided in each room to prevent contamination of air from clean and dirty areas. Suitably sized air pressure relief damper should be strategically placed, enabling differential room pressure to be maintained and ensure that when doors are opened between clean and dirty areas. Counter- weight balancing system should be provided in the PRD to maintain positive pressure inside the operation room.

    Air pressure stabilizers should have unique capability of controlling differential pressure to close tolerance. The PRD should remain closed at pressure below the set pressure and should open fully at pressure and should open fully at pressure only fractionally above the threshold pressure. The body should be epoxy powder coated as per standard BS colors. First class electrolyzed steel plate should be used for body and with high grade SS304 stainless steel for blades.
